He showed me he had been sent this job, this morning, & was sitting around bc he "won't click on stuff" on his ph - they have to "write it out or call me". This was not humorous to me bc it affected the people's work that I was paying to wait for this dumpster. // Also, was charged for being over weight. Saw this mentioned on other reviews & it's been suggested it's a scam. IDK about that, can't prove anything, but them keeping my card on file 120 days I'm not crazy about. // Also was bombarded with enormous amount of email and text that was overkill. Other dumpsters would have had to be placed where it would block my driveway, due to overhead wires, but when Chuck-It delivered my dumpster was delivered, they backed up my narrow, 150ft driveway into position with no issues at all. I took a 3 piece bathroom and walk-in closet down to studs (120sq ft total), and it was almost exactly the right size. I filled that thing -- I mean REALLY filled it, with cast iron pipe, plaster board, plywood, framing, tile, glass -- all manner of heavy stuff, and I was within the weight limit. I can't imagine what it'd take to be heavy enough to get charged extra. For my next renovation, I'll be using Chuck-It again.
