I have been going to the Columbus…read moreone for some time - it's a scrap yard - but the people were generally nice and easy to work with, and I'd rather get a few bucks for my stuff than simply tossing it out. Recently however I went down there and they seem to have changed their management or operation. The most notable change is that they no longer dispense cash from the weight check out window - you have to go back to a cash dispensing machine in the yard and scan a slip. The machine was down yesterday - from the comments of the others it was at least a half hour - and the others standing there I gathered it had been for some time. Since there is no alternative, I have to go back down there, get my slip reissued, and try again. Not good customer service.....
