Towards the end of the service of the other car, the owner of the place pulled up behind me and waved over one guys. The other car was in the payment process. Again, walked right past me never said anything. The owner gave him some instructions to do something (later I drove by and I saw them cleaning his car). I left at that point and went next door and got an oil change in 10 mins. Fast forward 30 mins, I went back because my initial intention was to get a car wash and oil change. I pulled back into their location. Waited another 5 minutes behind a car that was getting vacuumed. Both the kids saw me, and never approached or even signaled. I don't blame the employees. I blame the owner. He clearly doesn't have a customer centric mindset or environment. I say this because he had zero issue with pausing his operation to address his own needs of washing his black Mercedes. I am a local resident and typically have a great deal patience; however, this place is poorly run and would not recommend it to anyone. Please don't try and make up to me with a coupon, or something to that effect. If you do anything, change your customer service policies and set an example.
