I was planning on using a place in Strongsville but the hassle of getting someone to pick me up and take me back to get my car while they worked on it for several hours was less than desirable. The ability to have Adam come to my home and do the work in my own driveway was terrific. Adam did a great job.. my car was covered in dog hair and it's all gone. I went there to get an estimate because she was going to pay cash for the repair to avoid risking having her insurance canceled . The technician took a look at it and said "I think that will buff out" and before I knew it he was running an extension cord out to my car and buffing out the damage . I was able to call the lady and tell her that she didn't owe me anything because of their kindness . I can't say I need auto body shops alot but I will not recommend any business that has bad business practices. A warm family business, Ben's provides one of the best customer service experiences in Cleveland. I must have visited the shop at least three times during the repair and each time I was given a thorough update on my Lexus in addition to the updates available online. Ben could tell I was very worried about gaps, paint color and the custom pin stripe matching up. Much to my surprise, based on experiences with other cars and body shops, the color matched up perfectly, the gaps look factory and the pinstripe was pretty much spot on.

I was also told that a lien would be placed on my vehicle if I did not pay, which left me with no option. As of today, no meaningful progress has been made on my vehicle. She secured an appointment time during which I could drop the car off and informed me they would call when the car was ready. Although, they don't provide rental cars themselves, I was able to get a rental car at the nearby Enterprise. When I got the call that my car was ready, I took a look at the car, which was looked good as new! The only thing they weren't able to replace was the clear car door edge guard on the door that needed repairing, but that was a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. My car otherwise looked perfect! The quote and the price I ended up paying was the same, which was great.
