His staff is friendly, and unlike virtually every other doctor I've visited over the past decade, Dr. Golovan didn't subject me to the eight-minute shuffle--that game where overscheduled doctors make you feel as if you're imposing on them if you take up any more than eight minutes of their time. Instead, Dr. Golovan asked questions about my health. Then, he listened. Then, after I was done telling him about my concerns, we discussed them. I don't think I've ever had a doctor who was so genuinely interested in his patients' health and so dedicated to making sure that patients' concerns were taken care of. It was only my 3rd time getting a botox/Xeomin injection ever. The first couple of times i had botox from different facilities it was great but for some unfortunate reason Google brought me for my 3rd session and the nurse who injected me either didn't know the proper anatomical landmarks or she simply over diluted the product to save more products which a lot of med spas do. I had to go back after two weeks because the injection didn't work and even after the second session to correct what didn't work the first time, sadly it still failed and did nothing. I was so frustrated and flabbergasted, i dont know if the nurse just inject a fake Xeomin on me or just plain old Normal Saline. Anyways, i went to another facility to correct the issue and it worked so i know there's something weong the nurse did to me. What a tragic and sad situation. I'm pretty sure they'll also dilute the fillers so they could save the products. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place is a corrupt.
