The doctors are very good and take the time to really listen. They offer a large range of services. As others have mentioned, there can be long wait times. It's a busy practice and the doctors take their time to listen to their patients. Because they give such a good level of care they sometimes get behind, and the wait time can be long toward the end of the day. Bring a good book or something to keep you occupied. Wait times on appointments early in the day are usually very short.

Offered to be my medicine dr I sted of who I was seeing at another family practice location and told me she would start prescribing me all the meds I currently took that day so she could become my MD from now on. Not much happened about the reason of the visit. So a few days pass I see my original doctor at the other location and which she read the notes to me, which said nothing but refer back with Anne. Thats it that's all she said she did not start any paper work to switch me over and she did not refill any of my prescriptions or attempt to try too start that process. My Dr said she didnt do anything you said she was going too. Just said to see my original MD. In complete shock. Ive realzied most of the Dr here get paid no matter what happens to us. They go home to there family happy healthy with all the money we give. And not care of my scary health symptoms, i'm desperate for answers.I have a son of my own trying to do the hold a job and pay bills is my every moment struggle. I came to her for some kind of help anything. She gave me nothing... they don't care about you period they want the government money that we can provide for them. So that they can have a good life.They can give two craps how you feel or if your dying. After surgery, I developed a seroma and have had severe pain, pressure, and ongoing issues that never should have been brushed off the way they were. I understand no surgery comes with guarantees, but there is a huge difference between a known complication and a doctor who does not meaningfully deal with it when it happens. What has been most disturbing to me is not just the outcome, it's how little accountability there has been. I spent nearly a year trying to handle this privately and reasonably. I asked for help. I asked for resolution. I asked for my records and contract. What did I get? Five photos and a letter basically telling me that he might consider a partial refund only if I removed my review and agreed not to say anything further. That told me everything I needed to know. At that point, it became very clear that Dr. Goldschmidt seemed far more concerned about his reputation and online reviews than about the actual patient sitting in front of him dealing with pain, complications, and a failed result. And yes, I am now looking at revision surgery elsewhere. That is not a small thing. This was not cheap. This was not minor. And this has affected me physically, emotionally, and financially for nearly a full year. Patients deserve to know when a doctor appears more focused on controlling reviews than taking real accountability when something goes wrong. If this is how complications are handled behind the scenes, I think that is deeply concerning, and I do have to wonder how many other patients have been treated this way after the fact.
