My deck was started in early April and not completed until mid May. The current deck foundation was still viable, so that should have made the job easier and quicker to complete. While there were days when weather affected work, there were countless beautiful days when work could have been done where is wasn't. When he did show up, it was usually in the late morning or afternoon. Again, productive hours just wasted delaying the completion. There was no sense of urgency to get the job done. When I spoke to him about it, he just told me he was not an "8 to 5 guy." The work done was adequate at best. I have flaws in the deck and gates that don't hang right that he is supposed to correct. I've contacted him several times and am always told he'll get to it "next week". It is now mid-August. I just corrected some of the flaws myself. Tired of waiting. Would not recommend.

Concrete company determined inferior concrete but would not pay. Loyal Construction said not paying for fix. Tyler offered to correct the patio and driveway for $20,000. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.
