But what is really frustrating is that they say every time before a storm hits, we are prepared. Guess what? They aren't. Ever since Superstorm Sandy, utility companies were supposed to upgrade to prevent outages, they obviously didn't. Last year lost power for 3 days and there wasn't even a storm. We're going on 3 days without power now and it keeps changing when we will have it restored, anywhere from a few days to a week. Unacceptable! I get there are a lot of outages, but anytime someone sees a truck, they are just hanging out in a parking lot. Wish I didn't have to have them as my provider. Useless

Amerigas, this gas supplier is the worst ever. they don't communicate at all with their customers…read more I recently had a problem with their pressure regulator and needed some service, help to figure out why my 85% full gas tank was not feeding my furnace. Instead Amerigas filled an old #2 rusty tank clearly labeled with a sign saying; "please don't fill this rusty tank"! My furnace technician figured out that the regulator was stuck and got it working. No thanks to Amerigas!!! A very unprofessional company don't trust this company your life could depend on it! still have no confidence that they're shitty pressure regulator won't fail me again during the coldest part of the year... I cannot express how angry I am with these people! The only way to communicate with him is through what I believe is India, I try to be patient, but they don't not understand me nor I cannot understand them... I intalled a four ton unit at my property and they screwed up so badly that it took me a over a year and several reworks to pass inspection. My water heater is already rusting and they seem disinterested in providing any solution. They claim that the 12 month warranty is passed, so they want me to pay to fix it. This took four months of me complaining to get any sort of response. I honestly think they stalled in responding, just so teh warranty period would pass. They are forcing me to replace it myself or sue them to get them to honor the contract. During the sales and install, I asked repeatedly about maintenance and service and the only answer I got - from clerical staff, field technicians, and teh owner himself - was taht the system is almost zero maintenance. Two weeks after the check cleared they started bombarding me with sales pitches to buy their service package. Suddenly, the system needed six month PMs, annual inspections for leaks, etc. Every call or question is like pulling teeth once they have their money. A rotten organization.
