An appointment was scheduled for late March--however, it was not kept due to the state lockdown. I asked if we might obtain a refund, as it was so unclear when their service could be provided. The owner was very understanding, and refunded our payment with a small percentage taken out for handling. Even though they have not (yet) provided the service, (which is why I only gave 4 stars), I would/will definitely call on them again, when I am at the point of readying the house for market.
