Repairs included pulling and installing a new toilet, replacing a shower drain gasket, and replacing a shower faucet stem. The repairs were completed at a fair price and no issues since. Then today, 8/29, I had to call to get someone out to diagnose a different leak that seemed to be from the irrigation system. Jackie was awesome on the phone in getting someone scheduled to come out in a window that started within an hour of the call. Then Justin Kinsey took it to a whole other level. He arrived about an hour later. Diagnosed the issue and got our interior water turned back on, which we had overcautiously turned off to get the leak to stop. He explained the issue and location, then provided a fair quote for future repairs. And didn't even charge us for the call, diagnosis, or getting the interior water back on. When we called, Rich answered the phone right away and was incredibly helpful. He quickly scheduled an appointment for us, and a plumber arrived at 8:30 the next morning to replace the damaged water softener.
