Once I got that report, I let these 2 know, Herb and I went to court March/April of 23 along WITH A DCF CASE WORKER, the Judge LAUGHED at ME and the LAWYER asking us WHY DCF was there and what RELEVANCE they had to this case when the WHOLE REASON my EX got the injunction was claims of ABUSE, the DCF report PROVED there WAS NO ABUSE. Herb just kind of shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I feel this was HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE on the Judges part and asked my lawyer to address it and they just completely ignored it. I question what did I really get for my money? I get my youngest daughter every other weekend, which is great, but it shouldn't have taken ALL OF this back and forth considering it was based on a LIE and a LIE that I could PROVE was a lie. My ex is still failing to comply with court ordered therapy for my oldest daughter, to which I filed a contempt on my own as my lawyers have withdrawn from the case which is why I am leaving this review, which I know have to do without them. I got nothing substantial for the money I paid and I am highly disappointed in these lawyers.
