Clifford has been servicing my Generac for a few years now. We just went through the Dallas snow and ice storm with power out for almost 40 hours. The unit performed flawlessly where my buddies using other companies had to have 1 and 2 service calls with nights in the dark and cold. Generators are 10 years of maintenance for 36 hours of incredibly value need. It is mission critical it work when needed and Clifford made it happen. They are absurdly overpriced. They charge $2.50 per mile PLUS charge by the hour just for the travel time. Then they charge an over-priced hourly rate to do the service. You have to pray you don't need an overpriced part. After two trips to my home and my problem was still not solved I decided to cut my losses and called someone else who fixed the problem.
