The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

However, the invoice was about double what I paid for the same type of work I had done in another city. My issue with Enoch is not personal, he's a nice man, but he very definitely took advantage of my willingness to let him leave my job for 3 hours to take care of another customer (or two) on a Friday and not get back in enough time to do the camera work that day. In addition, he agreed to he would be back first thing on Monday to do the work to relieve 2 backed up sinks in my kitchen and bar area. To add insult to injury, they billed me over $500 within 15 min of him leaving on Friday and both of my sinks still full of nasty water. On Monday at 10:30am I called to get an ETA from his front office. She lets me know that he has moved my appointment to the end of the day on the day before we were expected to get 6 inches of snow w/o letting me know.
