Do not have any leaks just broken handleommercial vehical $3720/yr Workmans comp $1500/yr  Oklahoma plumbing license $350/yr  Bond with the state $250/yr  Added up $7,820 overhead, broken down to the job is another $25ish per job (for a small local company not paying for billboards and radio time.  That's $123 not including the guy they have to pay to install it. Which is on a avarage for a licensed plumber is $32-50/hr (employee)  Two hours of work is $64 not including FICA which is $4ish dollars.  $68 labor  So you're at $191 in cost, the book Oklahoma requires contractors to study for licensure calls for 35-45% profit which is 85.95 so you're looking at 276.95 not including taxes, scheduling software, accounting costs ect. And when it's all said and done taxes are about ¢.30 on the dollar for profit. The contractor brings home a whopping $60ish dollars. That's $30/hr. Making less than an employee.  You're welcome to use an unlicensed person, but good luck getting their insurance to pay for a flooded house, a warranty, or a late night call. RUN!!!! Would NOT…read morerecommend this company. I spent over $4,000 on a mainline repair job, then 6 weeks later had another leak in same area on a Saturday. Their website says they are open 24/7 and have same day plumbers. This isn't true. You can only talk to an AI machine on weekends and they wanted $250 just to send someone to look. Keep in mind this was an emergency situation where water had to be cutoff to entire house and they wouldn't send someone to look without agreeing to the $250. Machine said someone would call first thing the next business day since it was an emergency. That call finally came at 11am. Needless to say, myself and a neighbor fixed the problem ourselves and I won't be using Williams ever again. Oh, and I spent $30 on parts! Also, it should be noted that just to get an estimate on a repair, they send a salesman instead and try to up-sale everything. For a simple leak, they wanted me to spend $20,000 to re-run the mainline from meter to house. It's a 20 year old house, so new line shouldn't be needed. They also charge a minimum 1/2 day excavation fee which turned out to be $2,500 for about an hour dig and 30 min back fill.
