Contractor is ready to begin and the only thing I have is a Phillip Jefferies sample that I had for almost a year. Called Phillip Jefferies and they advised I contact Sherwin Williams. Phillip Jefferies is high end. This can't be correct! My local paint store has high end wallpaper. Y E S!!! Mr. Junior answered the phone and allllll of my questions. Next day, I'm in the store, more questions for Mr. Junior. I became overwhelmed. He advised I could take the books home. After, 3 phone calls on eta and price of the selection. I chose one out of the Sherwin Williams book. This is the location you need to visit for your project. It's clean, great customer service, and they sanitize the store.

I am all for supporting local neighborhood small business but never this place. First of all if you are here for Benjamin Moore paint then go somewhere else. I would recommend going to Garfield or Lodi which have fresher/newer paints as this shop is primarily a hardware store. So we bought like 20 gallons of paint from this guy and paid like around $1300 for it. Upon starting the paint job next day, our painter complained about one of the 5 gallons of semi gloss paint which was dry from the bottom. Mind you This was not a mixed paint.. it was non stained and typically stores take it back bec they can easily return to the company. We went back to exchange it for a newer paint as this has dried. Now mind you we were not asking for money back just asking for exchange on a non stained paint. The crap this person gave my husband and he talked so rudely and made fun of him instead of owing up to his mistake. He argued until my husband made him talk to our painter. After making fun of my husband and mocking him he reluctantly went in to get another 5 gallon of paint instead of the old one we had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone due to their horrible customer service and older paints. Also I would much rather go to a home depot for my hardware needs then support this business. When she called me I told her I already got it and now, an hour after purchasing, she had to return it. This review is solely based on the interaction she had with the rude and condescending employee (owner? Don't know) working the register. When she explained she needed to return it due to the above reasoning he started to question her on why, and that he "heard her on the phone with someone when she was in the store" and that he had "a no return policy" (I'm assuming on opened paint) and that he's losing money because he spent time shaking it up, and what does he have nothing better to do? I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and honestly I have never heard of such a BS way to speak to a woman in my life. I'm not sure this guy would have spoken this way in front of me, maybe he would have. But I'll tell you the conversation would have been a lot different. Will never go here again and would never recommend due to the horrible interaction.

Not only did he have the drainpipe part I needed, he even took the time to cut it to size based on the old piece I brought with me.
