BE AWARE: My Experience With Adam, Included Abusive Messages and Unresolved Damage…read more We hired Adam from this company about a year ago to install our furnace at our home in the North Bruce Peninsula, and I have had ongoing issues with the furnace ever since. Recently, I went to contact a different furnace technician, not realizing the number I called belonged to Adam. As soon as he recognized who I was, he replied with extremely rude and abusive messages, including calling me the C-word and insulting my husband. I have full screenshots documenting the entire exchange. He is also now claiming that I took two months to pay him. This is not accurate. I paid exactly the amount he originally quoted me, in full, and I have proof of payment. There was absolutely no reason for him to speak to me in the manner that he did. In addition, there is still unresolved damage to my floor from the original installation that was never repaired, despite multiple follow-up attempts on my part. As locals, we support our tradespeople and small businesses, but we also expect professionalism, integrity, and basic respect. This behaviour does not reflect our community or the way people here treat one another. This review reflects my documented experience over the past year. Between the ongoing furnace issues, the unresolved flooring damage, and the abusive communication, I cannot recommend this company.

The price was fair and it was important to us to have the work done as soon as possible as we had guests arriving the following week. We lucked out as Adam booked the electrician for 2 days later, and he and Josh installed the system the next day. They installed the following day! They were quick and CLEAN, took all of their work related refuse with them. When I told them about the problem with the water smelling like sulphur, they said let's see if this works first, instead of trying to up-sell another product.
