I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. We signed the contract with them early spring. In May they installed the panels on the roof, but didn't connect into our electric panel. They finally completed the hard connect in mid September. They failed the inspection. It's October now and they still haven't fixed the issue they were failed for. They keep putting it off. We are already making payments on the panels and haven't drawn any power off of them yet. It's not that they haven't saved us any money, they have significantly increased our expenses. SCAM sales and SCAM owner! Denial of Rebates and referral checks. They use $1K bait to get you to signed up and then do not follow through with legally binding documents that state rebate. Owner made statement that he cannot/won't pay out rebates, and the timeline here is indefinite. Hundreds of people are out on this promise. My friends referral cash of $500 wasn't paid either. It's been almost a year waiting. Instead of making good on his legally binding rebate schedule - he deflects. DO NOT DO business with this company. Run, don't walk from the worst company. We have had their system for over year and half. We are still 73% grid dependent (27% grid independent) not the 96% grid independent we were promised. We were also told we would get the 26% tax rebate (over $25k back to us). Never got that because we are self employed. Even asked if tgat would matter. They said no. The rebate was the only reason we decided to proceed. On top of our 25yr loan ($410/mo) we make on average a $150/ mo utility bill. They refuse to add panels and will not return calls, text or emails. Had a case with about 30 other customers with the state A.G. after several months the A.G. threw the case out. not happy at all. tried all of 2023 to get my grid finished and make the cost per-copay on elect i do not feel that i am saving enough compared to the cost. rebates are not 100% true when low income to start. I tried to call all summer no-one answered the phones.. no call back about my msg left the bank at least helped me figure out the first yr ballon payment the wanted if i ever got any rebates they wanted it or payment would increase to Almost $150 more every month making my elect bills in total would be over $700 (with bank and copay) a month on the good months... i think for $74000.00 i would get better service and more elect made during the good months.. Sales, installation & repair guys have all been great. However, customer service is terrible. They neglected to pull permits. The President of the company came out during installation & introduced himself with promises of being available should I have any issues. Yet he was elusive & never took my calls. I love my panels but really need to stay on top of things. They do not monitor the panels closely once in operation as promised. read more

We got our system installed in 2020 and it only worked for 3 months. The company came out multiple times to fix the problem citing faulty products and back-ordered storage battery. They failed to file the appropriate paperwork to DTE and we have not had a working system since 5/20. Since installation, we have had 3 power outages and should not have been without electricity. I do not recommend this company at all. We are currently in the process of getting out from the contract and now have had to pay even more money to an attorney to file the suit. read more

Gordon Leighton, DBL Builders out of Lawton can join this group. He cheated me out of $90,000.00 on a house build. Stole material that was delivered to my site, refuse to show receipts, did not come close to meeting deadlines, several items had to be torn out and redone because he did not meet code. He has LLC but everything he owns is in his wife's name, so there is nothing you can do, He also owes several local contractor thousands of dollars for services that he will not pay. read more

Worst experience! Made us lots of promises and we had high hopes. Then they became unresponsive. We were then told there was a problem with our contract and we would need to resign, but all the terms were exactly the same. I had a medical emergency and was placed in the hospital. The representative camped outside our house until I was discharged from doctors care and made me resign as I was being walked to my front door....surprise, the new contract was not the same, and now we're paying a lot more. Also, the rebate they promised does not exist. Panels have now been up for a few months and our electric bill is just as high. I've called everyday for a month and nobody responds. Do yourself a favor and run! I'm sure most of these reviews are fake-scroll down a bit more and go to the BBB website to see how they handle customers-it's a scam!!!! read more

This company is full of liars from the bottom to the top. I wrote a review a few weeks ago on their home page. I was immediately contacted by their customer service rep saying that they would have my issues resolved by the end of the week. If I could please just take my review down. I took my review down and that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing solved. I hope this company gets everything it has coming! Now for my review If I could give this a -100 I would. I have been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year. It has been one problem after another. From the price I was told I would pay and getting a surprise extra two grand put on to my final price. To the fact that I was promised $5100 reimbursement check "the day that the installation would be started"( I have text and video of the sales person stating that). My Internet cable was cut, along with a propane gas line while they were trenching my yard. My yard has 2-3 inch ruts all throughout it (1+ acre of damage) , and totally compressed/compacted my yard to where I will not be able to grow grass. When they came back out to fix the trench, they stated they had no idea about the other damage in my yard. I call BS. I have EVERY receipt, recordings, photos, VIDEOS and all. Just don't waste your time with this company. NO ONE and I repeat NO ONE knows what the heck is going on. Every time I call about my reimbursement check they've stayed there waiting to get them sent out this month. It has been four months. I just spoke to someone(5/01/23) and now they're saying they haven't cut checks in a LONG time. They're "waiting on the owners approval". Another line they use is the "checks will be cut 30 days after system is running". I guess we're gonna have to wait and see on that one as well. I Spoke with a few lawyers, who stated the numbers are starting to stack up with the calls they're getting. I have also been paying a bill for the last two months on equipment that has not been running. Just got the OK to start up last week after failing inspection smh. Anyone else who's had poor service and would like to contact me feel free to. I would love to talk. And for the response/reply that you guys do for these POOR reviews, just save it. It's all lies and BS. I've spoken to your supposed accounting, front desk, multiple different complaint department, it gets nowhere!! Do not use!!!!! Our problems with this company is the same as all the other bad reviews. Promises from them are a bunch of lies. No refundable tax credit - no return phone calls - non disclosure of loan conditions - additional costs for install added - will not provide documentation- take full draw of funds from finance company before install and operation is even done - it has been a horrible experience from the start. Had a really thorough and informative meeting with salesman Andrew Singh from Portage, Michigan. He was able to explain and answer everything we had to question about our solar needs. Its tough to find representatives from companies these days that can actually converse and talk about home energy needs and actually make sense - he did just that. Both my husband and I were very pleased with the interaction we had with this friendly young man. As we are still considering our future needs we will definitely keep this company as a top choice!
