This is a great way for us to connect a few times a week and catch up on life together. It's crazy how much you miss your kids when you don't get to see them everyday! Even though my life has fallen apart in the last month and dreams have been shattered concerning my almost 20 year marriage (18 1/2), I know that I can come here to get away from everything and focus on me and my oldest son. I really love the openness of this locations floor plan. It is much nicer in my opinion than the Old Fort location. The staff are an amazing help, and the people I've run into so far are very nice and out going. I'm truly looking forward to my personal transformation process. I know it will be hard work, but I'm determined to get my life and health back!

They won't let you cancel it over the phone either so you have to drive there and do it in person. I live in Nashville and hardly ever have time to drive all the way to murfreesboro to workout for an hour when it takes me about an hour there and back. Would absolutely recommend to someone who lives close and will go consistently every week to get their money's worth but definitely not otherwise, huge waste of $$$$.

I've had exploratory arthroscopic surgery on both knees, years apart, only to be referred to a rheumatologist both times. The rheumatologist couldn't identify which autoimmune disease I was battling; I decided to stop taking prescribed Methotrexate as my issue seemed to be small compared to the side effects. I was also on a medication my gastroenterologist prescribed for a few years for colitis, which he eventually took me off of after a few years. Another routine set of labs a few months ago showed high markers of inflammation in blood and stool tests. I was fed up and decided to seek a more natural approach to heal my gut and reduce inflammation. After just a few weeks of virtual sessions with Julie, the swelling in my knees went down quite a bit, my dry eyes were less dry, and I dropped 10 pounds.
