They even have a covered porch with fans and café lighting if you'd rather enjoy your coffee outside. The beachy Hawaiian vibe is unlike anything else around. It's peaceful, inviting, and a wonderful place to study, catch up with friends, work remotely, or simply unwind with a great cup of coffee. The coffee is outstanding. Mahalo roasts their own beans, and you can absolutely taste the difference. Every cup is smooth, rich, and full of flavor. My favorite is the decaf, which has delicious notes of cocoa and toasted marshmallow, but I've enjoyed several of their regular coffees too. They also offer great milk options, including Califia Farms almond and oat milk, along with traditional milk, cream, and other alternatives. The drive-thru is quick and convenient, making it easy to grab a coffee on the go, but I highly recommend spending a little time inside because the space is so inviting. Their merchandise is also adorable! The shirts, hats, mugs, and bags of freshly roasted coffee make it hard to leave without taking something home. If you're anywhere near Knoxville and looking for an incredible local coffee shop, Mahalo Coffee is absolutely worth the stop.
