Been going here for a while, and everyone has been super nice. But lately Sean the pharmacist is rude and sarcastic . Ever since I have been put on Vyvance he treats me differently and makes me feel subhuman every time I call to check his stock since there is a national shortage. I've been going to this pharmacy for a long time now, but I'm not sure what has happened. The girls behind the counter are checking their personal phones, and had really rough attitudes. I showed up for a prescription that I didn't know my daughters doctor prescribed so I asked what it was for and the girl said "I don't know." Quite an memorable experience in a horrible way. I've never been treated, shamed and embarrassed by a medical professional like this pharmacist in my entire life. After an extraordinary and extremely painful surgery for a complete shoulder replacement that I would not recommend unless you are fully informed on the recovery process I decided to go to Clinic Pharmacy because they are fast and usually dead. I now know why. I would strongly urge that if you absolutely, without another option and/or cannot avoid going to another venue: I would not try to communicate with the pharmacist. He will Lord over you and any pharmacology questions. A very rude man with a eccentric tone and when he is not looking down his nose at you - he will talk to you sideways or without eye contact at all. They will not fill your prescriptions if you have seen three physicians or clinicians in one month I was informed, very loudly and across a 4 foot tall wall, and then turned away 5 days after a complete shoulder replacement. The three physicians where my surgeon, his Physican assistant and my family doctor, whom where all working in conjunction. They all saw to it that I would not be suffering from the horrible pain that ensued after said surgery; only to be treated like a drug seeker when attempting to get a hard copy of my baseline pain medication filled. He seems to think my name is Dude, because every other sentence was "I don't know dude." "Not sure, dude." Don't ask me, dude." Tl;dr I went to Rite Aid across the street and was very cordially accepted as a patient and customer, as is standard in customer service. The pharmacist there even wished me a speedy recovery and said "Goodbye". The 'Harmacist' at Clinic Pharmacy is snide and I would never recommend going here. read more

If I could choose no stars for this pharmacy, I would. I just got to town from bringing my wife home from St. Charles Medical Center Cardiology after suffering atrial fibrillation for 5 days and had to have her heart shocked back into rhythm. My usual pharmacy did not have the medication my wife had to have for the night and would not be in until the next day. The Hospital referred me to Clinic Pharmacy to pick up the one pill. When I arrived the Pharmacist (Sean)(sp?) gave me a price of a one month supply. I explained my wife just needed the one for the night of 5mg. He said he only had 2.5mg. I said ok I'll buy the two. He then laughed in my face. I asked if maybe there might be a generic version. He laughed out loud again at me and says loudly and rudely that it was a new drug and generics won't come out for 10 years (like I knew?) needless to say my regular pharmacist at Rite Aid went above and beyond and was able to get my wife on something comparable and didn't even charge me as I would be getting her full prescription. I have been going to this pharmacy for 6 years the ladies there have always treated me with great respect. However the pharmacist there has treated me like a lower life form two different times. Last night was the final straw, as I went to go fill my prescription for pseudoephedrine that the ER doctor prescribed me for a massive amount of fluid in my ear, the pharmacist told me that it was too expensive for me because it was $67 and no insurance would cover it. He told me if I wanted some I could go out of state to get some and good luck. I left feeling so awful about myself that I started crying I went home and told my fiance about it. he gave me money so I could go down and pay for it. When I went to go pay for it the lady there who was very nice to me told me it was only $20 now how is that? why did he treat me that badly? Why did he tell me it was $67. why would he treat somebody in that much pain like a lower life form? He made me feel like I was a drug addict trying to get my grimy Hans on some Sudafed. when it came time for a pharmacist consult he barely talked to me he told me all it was going to do is keep me up at night didn't say goodbye didn't say have a good day just turned around and walked away.... A few years earlier, my 5-month-old daughter had heart surgery. we had just come back from Portland, we were there for a month in the children's hospital, and we had no money to come home with. I filled her prescription at the clinic pharmacy in prineville for morphine because my poor baby was in such pain. he made me feel so awful because I didn't have $2 to buy it a dropper for my daughter's medication I asked if they had one I could have he was so rude about it and said "really? It's only $2" I told him I had no money because we had spent it all staying in Portland while my daughter was in the hospital, he rudely threw an medical syringe in the bag. these have been a traumatizing experiences for me and I will never go back to that pharmacy. ever. I am a kind and loving person and I did not deserve to be treated like that I was so nice to him both times. I said please and thank you and even though my pain was at a level 10 last night I had a smile on my face I sincerely hope he has not treated anybody else the way he has treated me and I pray that he can change his ways to be a better person. read more

Use another Pharmacy in town. Terrible service. Pharmacist lied and placed blame on others. Two full days after phoning in a presciption that needed Dr. authorization I attempted p/u. Prescription was not ready & nothing had been done . Then I was lied to & told it was my doctors office who caused delay........ My doctor got the request for the first time 10min. after i attempted p/u. Very Unprofessional to lie & Blame other for you errors. read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for a very long time. And alls I can say is they have fabulous service. Even with the new location I still get the fastest service in town. Also the staff there have great personalities and work hard to deliver great service to every customer. The owner, I have noticed works hard to get the patients what they need. Clinic pharmacy is the kind of small-town, neighborhood pharmacy that they have in movies. Everybody is super friendly and helpful.
