They first said they don't do things like that on the normal so they didn't want to do it but couldn't state in what sense or what policy didn't allow this? Really it sounded like they just didn't wanna go out of they way for a customer! I went talking to the first clerk then taking to another clerk or started her conversation ready to be high tempered with me with out asking what I was really asking for. She possesses a great balance between friendliness and seriousness (where needed). EHMG accepts most major insurance providers and they have a large, comfortable waiting room. Their staff is bilingual and can accommodate ellos que hablen espanol. The patient areas are always clean and organized. I have always been able to book appointments within 1-2 weeks notice. This clinic also offers an online patient service where you can view test results and communicate with your doctor on a non-emergency basis for general questions and requests. Parking lot is sufficient and I have never had any issues finding spots close to the entrance.

I was in and out in an hour, and that's from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. It only took that long because they ran some tests to make sure everything was okay. The office shares a space with an ob/gyn practice, so be prepared for the children running around and sometimes throwing tantrums. Not this practice's fault, but just putting that out there.
