The pain is so bad in my head that I'm shivering to death and there are no blankets, no pillows, no way to control the TV , and no way to control the lights. And I'm paying for this?....WoW!!! I'm about to yank this IV out and get me an Uber back to my truck. I'm over this already. Been here 2 hrs and still know nothing.

The best part of the experience were the sonographers. I enjoyed chatting with them and the conversation they held was perfect for keeping your mind off of what was going on. I found myself still wanting to chat with them as I was leaving but my appt was over and I had to go, lol. The front desk staff was also super polite and helpful. Everyone had great temperaments for dealing with a diversity of patient health issues.

We were told we were having a boy. Based on that result, we purchased items, shared the news with family and friends, made special memories, and spent weeks celebrating our baby boy. At my 21-week anatomy scan with my medical provider, we were shocked to learn that the baby is actually a girl. I understand that no ultrasound is 100% accurate, but gender determination is one of the primary services being offered. When I called to explain what had happened, I was told, "It's not 100% accurate, we try to make it accurate. So sorry." I was then told, "Hope you come back for a 3D ultrasound and I'll give you a discount." While I appreciate the apology, the conversation left me feeling dismissed. After learning that the gender determination was incorrect, I was hoping for more accountability and understanding of how significant this mistake was for our family. Instead, the discussion quickly shifted toward booking another service. Afterward, I looked at the reveal card myself, and I honestly do not see a clear indication that would have confidently pointed to a boy. That left me questioning how the determination was made in the first place. Mistakes can happen, but this was not a small error. It changed a special milestone in our pregnancy and created confusion during a moment that should have been filled with certainty and excitement. She was able to spot a gestational sac, fetal pole and possible heartbeat. She was very nice and professional the entire time and made me feel completely at ease. She even called me when I left to let me know she had a Dr friend review my results for a few unknowns we had and she walked me through those over the phone. 10/10 recommend. Again be advised, just because people got there after you and get called before you to go back, doesn't mean they forgot about you. They offer many tests and some are quicker than others. I was called back by a wonderful lady named Sonya. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through step by step about my scan and what to expect during and after. She made sure I was steady on my feet before leaving and gave clear instructions for what to eat/drink and possible manageable side effects of the liquid I had to drink before testing. I highly recommend this office for quality customer service, patient care and efficient testing.

I had an appointment for an MRI on my knee and I have a spinal stimulator. I was told to make sure…read morethat the remote was fully charged and I did. However, when I got there and was finally able to go back for the MRI they told me that they needed the remote!?!? I told them that nobody told me to bring the remote just to have it fully charged. So, they couldn't do my MRI after waiting 1 1/2 hours. I rescheduled my MRI and brought the remote this time and I have been waiting another 1 1/2 hours and the waiting room is full and they're saying it's going to be at least another hour before I can be seen. I also have an order for an MRI on my back but I will NEVER come back here again. Absolute nightmare.
