I wanted them to look into a health issue, I was sent for a test for which they did not send enough information to the tester for. I had to reschedule again and pay for gas and my time twice. Then to get answer I called 5 -7 times, I was called back and told the result and that they will call with specialist, but I did not write it down (who knew it would be impossible to get that information again). I wanted the information again and if the specialist was going to schedule me so I called 7-8 more times I finally started to cry and asked if they would please help me. Finally they got it for me and told me the specialist they were sending me to. Yeah! The time that this took was about a month or more. I make the appointment for myself. Then to get my test results sent to the specialist it took another 8-10 phone calls. I actually had to go and get a copy to bring because they can not be trusted to send information anywhere apparently. I actually think they were laughing at me, I was so at their mercy I can't even believe it. I have never been treated so badly at a doctors office before this. Over this time span they said the would call me back on many occasions, but only did that 1 time. Over this time span they also told me the many reasons for the information not being sent and call backs were because...their fax wasn't working, their computers had a new system that didn't have all the newest information, they did not fully understand the new system, or they were new and only worked there for 2 days or, their phones were not working right, WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON THERE? Once I called and they would say they would call me back, but...then when I called back they are all out on training and I got the answer service. What a barrel of monkeys and impossible to deal with. I will never go there again they can not be trusted with my healthcare.

I suffered because they wouldn't try antibiotics…read more The physicians weren't sure if I had a viral or bacterial infection, so instead of trying antibiotics to see if that helped they refused, saying first that my symptoms weren't present long enough to justify antibiotics, and the second time because they weren't sure it was bacterial. I suffered for ten days with debilitating muscle aches and sky high fever because I was told after four days that "it's probably viral" so it wouldn't do any good. I was left with no course of action or way to get help. I got worse and I couldn't sit up, lift a bottle of water, move sheets off me without help. Agonizing is an understatement. I saw another doctor after ten days and they immediately agreed to try antibiotics, less than six hours later I can move again. So perhaps next time, when you're presented with a patient who you're unsure has a viral or bacterial infection and they ask to try antibiotics on their second visit after no improvement you should try it. I'm writing this so that this can be a learning experience. The staff and physicians were very nice, and the customer service was fine. I really hope they learn from hearing my experience so that this doesn't happen to future patients.

Dr. Manlongnat has been my primary physician for 10 years now and i have zero complaints about any of my visits to his offices in kingwood. I was introduced to Dr. Manlongnats services through my mother who we lost to her battle with breast cancer in Oct 2009. It was under Dr. Manlongnats care that my mother went into his offices with what she thought was a chest cold and a cough. Because Dr. Manlongnat found and caught it early from her visit they were able to determine that it was breast cancer in its earliest stages. While she overcame and beat cancer 4 times it came back and took her a 5th time. Because of Dr. Manlongnats attention to detail and paying attention he did not misgiagnose my mother with bronchitis or a cough, instead, they found breast cancer early and i will never know how many more years we had with her because he found it early and did not misdiagnose her. And while outreach and service in a battlefield may not mean alot in the medical profession, it should be duely noted that Dr. Manlongnat is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the US ARMY Reserves as a combat medic and has been an outstanding member of the local community through various outreaches and charities as well as serving a very well reputed family practice that i have been loyal to for a decade now and look forward to having children and a family so that Dr. Manlongnat can continue to be our family doctor and physician.

He was very rude and then belittled us in front of his office manager. He said if you need a PCP google it. Our reason for visiting his office was to get a test done on my husband's neuropathy and to make Dr. Willens our PCP but he refused that only because we were receiving homeopathic treatments before my husband's surgery to have his toe amputated. So Dr. Willens automatically assumed we only preferred homeopathic treatment and we specifically told him we were not going back to have their treatments done any more, but he would not listen.
