During my visit, I was given a steroid shot and told that if my condition didn't improve, I could call back and an antibiotic would be prescribed. When I didn't feel any better, I followed those instructions and called. However, I was then told I would need to return for another evaluation--requiring an additional co-pay--before any prescription could be provided. This was not what I was initially advised. As a result, I sought care at another urgent care facility on 3/22, where I was properly diagnosed and treated. Overall, this experience was frustrating, costly, and delayed appropriate care. I would recommend considering other options to avoid unnecessary time and expense.

I suffered because they wouldn't try antibiotics…read more The physicians weren't sure if I had a viral or bacterial infection, so instead of trying antibiotics to see if that helped they refused, saying first that my symptoms weren't present long enough to justify antibiotics, and the second time because they weren't sure it was bacterial. I suffered for ten days with debilitating muscle aches and sky high fever because I was told after four days that "it's probably viral" so it wouldn't do any good. I was left with no course of action or way to get help. I got worse and I couldn't sit up, lift a bottle of water, move sheets off me without help. Agonizing is an understatement. I saw another doctor after ten days and they immediately agreed to try antibiotics, less than six hours later I can move again. So perhaps next time, when you're presented with a patient who you're unsure has a viral or bacterial infection and they ask to try antibiotics on their second visit after no improvement you should try it. I'm writing this so that this can be a learning experience. The staff and physicians were very nice, and the customer service was fine. I really hope they learn from hearing my experience so that this doesn't happen to future patients.

I wanted them to look into a health issue, I was sent for a test for which they did not send enough information to the tester for. I had to reschedule again and pay for gas and my time twice. Then to get answer I called 5 -7 times, I was called back and told the result and that they will call with specialist, but I did not write it down (who knew it would be impossible to get that information again). I wanted the information again and if the specialist was going to schedule me so I called 7-8 more times I finally started to cry and asked if they would please help me. Finally they got it for me and told me the specialist they were sending me to. Yeah! The time that this took was about a month or more. I make the appointment for myself. Then to get my test results sent to the specialist it took another 8-10 phone calls. I actually had to go and get a copy to bring because they can not be trusted to send information anywhere apparently. I actually think they were laughing at me, I was so at their mercy I can't even believe it. I have never been treated so badly at a doctors office before this. Over this time span they said the would call me back on many occasions, but only did that 1 time. Over this time span they also told me the many reasons for the information not being sent and call backs were because...their fax wasn't working, their computers had a new system that didn't have all the newest information, they did not fully understand the new system, or they were new and only worked there for 2 days or, their phones were not working right, WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON THERE? Once I called and they would say they would call me back, but...then when I called back they are all out on training and I got the answer service. What a barrel of monkeys and impossible to deal with. I will never go there again they can not be trusted with my healthcare.

I saw this location had appointment times, so I booked it and completed the paperwork online. For starters, it's absolutely spotless. There was 0 wait time, and the staff were professional and friendly. Unlike most urgent cares, you could tell they cleaned and sanitized the waiting area quite often. Once I was called back (10 seconds after I had checked in), they took my vitals and ran some tests (flu and Covid). The nurse and NP were so kind and asked detailed questions of my symptoms. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and they'll also write a "return to work" letter for your employer. I was quite impressed and will definitely return when I need prompt care.
