They are always listening to patients. Never rushing you never making you feel like you're an inconvenience. He always discusses the treatment plan or what he's thinking about doing before you get charged. He's very upfront overall love the care here because he actually listens / pays attention to what his patient's concerns are. Anytime my mom and I go we literally use the pharmacy that is down the street. He sends it almost immediately while you're checking out and it's an easy pick up. He has seen me for the flu. I felt better within two or three days. My mom has come for different types of care but overall, I say he's a pretty great doctor.

But, he up sales the visit not just that. Friends have complained some days it's less priced and other very over priced for the same consult. We shouldn't be made to take a COVID test when he has been told that a test has been taken the same day and it was positive hence why we are there. What happened to patient care. Where is the original Dr he was awesome. But this other man he gives me the creeps!

My fingers started to bleed profusely blood hitting every inch of my apartment. When I tried to run the finger under cold water it bled more and so I applied pressure for about 15 minutes and then my finger continued to bleed. I called my mom and I told her what happened She had recommended that I go to an urgent care. I looked up the nearest urgent Care and Next Level was only 9 minutes away. Not knowing if they'll take my insurance I was in route! As soon as I walked in I let them know my situation and let them know that I was high risk bleeder with the laceration. They immediately took me back without any hesitation! Mr Brian was professional and attentive making sure he had my insurance card in my driver's license to gather my demographics. He brought me bowl with soapy water and medication so I can soak my finger. Then Mrs Ana came into the room to assess my finger. And then I saw and briefly spoke with Ms. Karime who took my vitals. I received a tetanus shot today so I wouldn't get lockjaw. And then Ms. Ana began sewing up my finger with four stitches. She numbed the area with lidocaine to make sure that the area was numb before she started. She explained what the lidocaine was for and that it would be a little sting and a burn initially. She explained everything thoroughly so I wouldn't be in surprise. They treated me a lot better than any emergency room staff out of all my years of going to the hospital! The staff at Next level in Pasadena was extremely kind, patient, and and professional!!! They treated me a lot better than when I went to urgent care at Memorial Hermann in Friendswood last year. Because even though they were nice, they still joked about my situation and made fun of my career. I didn't appreciate that at all. I don't need that type of joking when I'm going through something serious and life-threatening. Thank you Next Level urgent care being there for me when I needed you the most! I was even given some extra gauze and bandage so when I clean the wound I will have something to wrap it with. I will recommend this urgent care to anyone that asked me for recommendation. Even if I'm asked this question on Reddit. I will let everyone know that I was treated with the utmost care!! Also wanted to mention that Brian who works the front desk is cute. I'm happy that he was able to enter in my information from the insurance card correctly. Because last time when I went to the hospital I gave them my insurance card and they still incorrectly entered my information into the system and then claimed I had Medicare even though I'm not even over the age of 65. Thank you so much to Ana, Karmine, and Brian. Y'all are the real heroes in this industry!

Oh right , one that doesn't care about their patients. I'm forced to listen to women cackle , lie, and talk terribly about elected officials while stirring up division and hate. Then I'm expected to have my blood pressure taken? The office manager claims that they can't please everyone. You can't turn the TV off or put on something that isn't lying and divisive? The doctors are good and the location is convenient but this just reinforces my frustration with the office. - the kiosks don't work - the front desk is rude! - they can't find appointments and navigate their own system - they can't do a well visit with any medication - they take forever to get any paperwork/ information pushed through
