I've been a patient here for years now and have to say that my experience has gotten so bad I don't think I can ever come back. Dr Levitin died. I got Dr. Berger and Dr Berger is a walking malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. Time: First of all he is chronically late. Nice guy but I had to wait 2 HOURS AND 15 Minutes to see him! Ludicrous. The nurses say you just can't talk to him and that this is how he is. Two other patients were waiting with me and all of us were flummoxed as to how long it took him. It took so long that I had no idea my 1pm doctors appointment would interfere with my 5:15pm appointment. So I had to get my ekg the next day! I also had labs to do. Originally Dr Berger sent me upstairs to get my labs and didn't sign the correct order (signed the order for the in house lab). The lady upstairs looked pretty confused and then she asked me if I had fasted. I said no. She said I needed to do that (which is what I've always already known). So I went downstairs to tell him and he said oh ok. Oops. The bottom line is this. I had to refuse my EKG portion of my physical because I ran out of time. I had an online 5:15p appointment. My doctors appointment was at 1pm. Sink into that for a second. The next day I went in for bloods and was scheduled at 10:15 am. The girl in the lab didn't show which I'm told happens fairly regularly. The EKG happened right away (this is DAY 2 by the way) and then I needed to wait on a signature from the doctor to get my blood test and I waited three hours. He was supposed to come in at 11:30a a d didn't come in until 1pm. Dr. Berger just Joe's the give a f*ck! It's unnerving. I had the poor guy in the room next to me mention that his mother had dialysis but he had to take her to and he was waiting on the doctor. We were all waiting on the doctor. This is a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen this man is completely irresponsible with his and everybody else's time and gives literally zero regard. If you have Dr. Berger, just be ready to be there all day waiting for him to finally decide to saunter in on his own free well. And apparently because he's a doctor, not even the manager can say anything. So this guy just gets to do whatever the hell he wants with zero consequences! I've never seen anything like it in my life and after being a Clinical in Associates Follow Los 15 years I'm never going to see it again. By the way, if you want to see what death on earth looks like, simply go into their lobby! Picture Kmart fluorescent lights on a deep dark purple along with purple seats from the 1990s for people to sit on and wait. The Secretary at the front having literally the most monotone voice that it's comical. The whole place is a disgusting nightmare. I've complained about the color scheme since they moved in and so has everybody else but apparently the owner truly just doesn't give a shit. He doesn't care that the doctor is not taking care of patients, He doesn't care about the color scheme or depression among staff or nurses who say they can't say anything to anybody about anything. It is crystal clear that Dr. Arvind Patel, the owner could give two shits about any of this and that in fact, he just doesn't care at all. My father is an independent physician in Michigan. I wanted to continue to support this group after the untimely death of my doctor at CAMS. But I can't. I no longer believe that they are professionals. read more

To be honest, for the last 6 years I have been going here, have made my life better in every way. I get to talk to Ray who is an amazing person who always cares about my well being. Also Dr. Outly and dr Berger have been excellent help with issues such as adhd and anxiety. I couldn't ask for a better and more professional staff. This place used to be so great. Ever since new management took over it has been impossible to want to go back. Went in for a cold, was charged for a physical, new patient visit(been going here for 35 years) physical and a bunch of other charges that I never received. The nurses are fantastic, Antoine is great. Their billing office is a joke. Referred two friends for a Covid test they were both charged for a physical and numerous other things that they did not receive. What they are doing there is illegal and fraudulent. New owners obviously do not care, as this isn't just a one time occurrence. So sad to see what used to be a great thriving doctors office get to this point. read more

I had not one but two horrible experiences with this facility. First, Dr. Powell said she could do my annual feminine health exam. During the exam, she rather casually told me I don't have an IUD anymore. I would NEVER be so cavalier about telling someone they are walking around without birth control. She scared me to death and I had to come in for an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech was great. They never called me with results. I had to call in myself and the person who explained the results to me was USELESS. She said there was no inflammation, and when I asked if I'd have to have it surgically removed, she said she could refer me to an OBGYN if I needed one. I went back to my old OBGYN who explained to me that sometimes IUDs move up and nestle in the uterus. Dr. Powell should NOT be OFFERING to do pap smears and exams if she knows so little about the way female anatomy works. My next horrible experience was when I needed a 2-step TB test for an internship. First I called to ask if I could get it done there. After several people didn't call me back, one person said yes I could, but I'd have to make a doctor's appointment. DUH. I did, and Dr. Powell casually asked me "What ever happened with that ultrasound?" Ahem. That ultrasound was MONTHS ago, and SHE'S THE DOCTOR. Why is she asking me? I expressed how unhelpful the person on the phone was, and she said "well she wouldn't know that." Why is this place never giving me a next step, never directing me to the right person to speak with, and generally not following up or communicating internally? So we progressed with the TB test, administered by nurse Maria. She told me I'd have to come back in a few days to get the site checked. I did. Neither Dr Powell nor the nurse Maria were in, so another nurse checked me and promised to chart it. She never charted it. I went back 2 weeks after the initial appointment. Nurse Maria yelled at me like I was a stupid child. "You didn't LISTEN to me, I told you to come back in TWO DAYS, not TWO WEEKS." "I did come back in two days," I said. So they did some digging and found out it was never charted. She gave me the next shot and said she'd find out who examined me and would call me back. She did not call me back. I had to come back 2 days later to get that checked. The nurse Rocky checked my arm (see, I got smart and started writing the names down!) and said she would go print out a report. After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room I got fed up and left. It turns out that no one had been able to find out who failed to chart my previous exam so she was trying to find out what was going on. Finally the next day I got fed up, called, and asked to speak to the office manager. Loretta, the office manager, was actually pretty decent (See? still writing names down). She promised to get to the bottom of it. The nursing manager also called and apologized on my voicemail (I believe her last name is Burke or Burns). They did get me a letter in the end, but the total disaster in communication was really unpleasant. When it came time for my next annual exam, I went to a new OBGYN. They called Clinical Associates to see if they could get copies of the ultrasound results. Clinical Associates said they had never heard of me and had no patient by my name in their records. A week later I received a bill for the co-pay for the TB test. AVOID AVOID AVOID. read more

I arrived in time for my appointment and was greeted warmly. I was asked to fill out paperwork, that asked the same questions twice. When I turned it in, the receptionist said "I don't know why we have you fill this out. We already have the information in the computer". That was aggravating. Then I sat in the hot, crowded waiting room for almost 45 minutes. I watched another patient walk in for a 5pm appointment and he got taken at 5:25. WTF? At 5:45, I approached the receptionist to question this and their response was "Yeah, today has been crazy. The dr. usually has 2 nurses working but today he only has one." Okay, what does that have to do with taking patients out of order?? I'm recovering from surgery, an emergency surgery, and I would NOT have chosen a doctor from this practice, had I been given the choice. Sitting in a waiting room for an hour is not ideal when recovering. Apparently other doctors are running late. One man waited over an hour and a half, a second one is complaining about a 45 minute wait. I regret that the hospital assigned Dr. Patel to my case. I do not recommend coming to this practice. read more

WORST Customer Service!! UNORGANIZED Facility!! From the initial check in at the front desk to the exam room! Staff here seems like they do not know what they are doing. Megan at the front desk is very rude and does not communicate information well she gives you the "run arounds" always has to check with someone before giving me a solid answer "she is unsure". She should not be working in the front where she is the first person the patient encounters as to making you wonder of how the rest of the clinic might be. While in the waiting room I've seen her roll her eyes while on the phone with patients and use foul language with her other coworkers behind the counters, not professional at all! Not to mention Dr.Outly's nurse Gloria. She is very short doesn't give you time to ask questions seems like she is always in a rush or trying to keep up with somebody, pretty much doesn't really care what your concerns are. Never uses eye contact when you talk to her and or trying to ask her a question-very unprofessional as well. She should retire she doesn't have the patience to be an excellent nurse. Never received a call back from my blood work that was done at initial visit I assumed everything was normal since nurse Gloria mentioned "no news is good news" haha yea right until 1 month later I asked for a copy of the results and of course they were abnormal. So this leads to ask myself the question why was this lab report overlooked at and why was I not called to schedule a follow up visit?!?! I agree with everything the last posting mentioned. DO NOT GO HERE! I've been a patient over 10 years and was treated like complete crap today. I waited for an hour and a half and never even saw the Dr. They couldn't simply pull up any medical history and were asking questions that they should know the answer too. Have been taking the same medication for over 10 years and was interrogated by the nurse as if I was a drug addict. Terrible the way this place has changed over the years. Do yourself a favor and find a more caring practice, clearly loyalty and history means nothing to them. read more

My family was with Clinical Associates for years but then my doctor retired. His replacement was Dr. Outly and her horrible, mean nurse Gloria. The practice went downhill fast. I had several bad and Expensive experiences with CA ( Clinical Assoc's). My first bad experience was when I had an illness and Dr. Outly put me on short term disability. Dr. Outly was supposed to manage my case but went on vacation for a month and didn't hand my case to anyone else. She then came back and she or her nurse Gloria told the insurance company that I went back to work; without telling me. My disability was cut off but I wasn't better. After multiple expensive tests Dr. Outly couldn't figure out what was wrong so I went to a specialist who diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes. My second and last experience was when I twisted my ankle. I came in for my appointment. Nurse Gloria didn't write down why I came in. Dr. Outly came in took my blood pressure and left. I sat in the room for 20 minutes when someone came in and asked why I was still there. I explained my issue and this person said the doctor was finished with me and seeing other patients. I had to wait in the supply closet ( I'm not kidding) until the doctor could see me and I was sent for X-rays. NEVER again will I go to this worthless medical office. Dr. Outly was always clueless and her nurse Gloria is the worst nurse ever. read more

Do not go there. This is just a friendly advice I am giving you because I have a really bad experience with those people. My family doctor was very gentle, polite to me every time I went. She was an old lady with a long experience I am guessing and she was good at her job. Anyway, that wasn't the problem with me. The problems always began AFTER my visit at the place. I always, always got over charged and I always had to call them several times and explain to them that there has been some mistake made. The lady on the phone (Deby) was always trying to prove me wrong with some nonsense stories trying to convince me that I had this and that done and I need to pay for it. She never apologized to me, never said a simple sorry even after she found out that the bill she send me was wrong. Something that just recently happened is that I was charged for ultrasound that I never, ever had done on me. A month before the bill came I was at my doctor's office complaining of kidney pain and she offered me to do ultrasound to see if there's something worry. Since I was worried and in pain I've decided to schedule an appointment right on the spot at the front desk. The ultrasound was schedule for a week after that date. But when I got home I realized that I won't be able to make it and I called in within an HOUR after I schedule the appointment to reschedule if possible. They said "Ok, your appointment is cannceled but the person that does the appointments is not present. Leave your name and number and she will call tomorrow". Ok, I said. Nobody called for a week! Then I've decided to give them a call and schedule the appointment. And again, I was told the same thing "the lady is not here. We will give you a call back". Nobody called even a month after! So couple months later I got a bill from for $300. There was not explanation what was the bill for or any date written. I went in person to ask and they told me that the charge was for ultrasound. EXCUSE ME?! After 4 months later they decided that they did ultrasound on me. I wonder when did that happen since they never called me and never let ME schedule one! After several times wasting of my time and going in person there, because that lady Deby on the phone pretended to be so confused so I got sick and tired of explaining to her so I went in person. All the of times I went there I asked them to pull up my record and tell me on what date was the ultrasound done, who was the technician, what are the results, and where are the hard copies that a patient should get after??? None of these questions were answered to me. The only thing they kept on saying was "We will give you a call back". No one ever called. They just kept on sending me the bill every single month and I kept on ignoring it. In conclusion, I would say that those people there are just looking for a way to make money off you. They do not care about their patients. They are not even responsible enough to give the patient a call back and let him know about recent tests/results w.e it is. They play dumb and make up some nonsense stories which makes you wonder "Do these people think that I am that stupid?". read more
