Very friendly technicians- especially Ultrasound Tech- Anna. I'm glad that they hired a lady now, and she is fantastic, full of knowledge, and empathy. The mammogram was very easy compared to my previous time done at the hospital. Waiting time literally 6min. New, modern, and clean building. I am very understanding and compassionate for seniors still working but the lady working front desk needs a position that is not as demanding. So much went wrong. I called to verify they were open and she placed me on hold for 5 minutes just to let me know they were open. A nurse/medical assistant stated to her while I was in line that the wait time is nearing 90 minutes. She recommended that I go to the Niles location but when I called them they had the same 90 wait time so I stayed. I completed registration forms on their iPad. I wanted to verify my place in line and she took 4 minutes locating me, asked some questions and was all over the place and still couldn't locate info but told me to have a seat. Their policy is quite interesting....they accept walk ins but if someone is more traumatic then u will get dumped or if they have an appointment. I completed registration forms at 10:42a per message sent to me; I didn't get seen til after 12:45p. Patience was definitely needed. The medical assistant and medical provider were nice ladies, did their job. I was able to obtain a copy of the forms they had to submit to my job. The lady at the front desk questioned how I got a copy, told her to schedule me for follow up and work on her speed there and took papers with me. I hope I never have another work injury and if I do I will go to the hospital instead.

The inside is modern, clean, and cheerful. Every staff member I encountered was extremely kind. I was provided updates via the Live Well App and through texting leading up to my appointment with reminders, they had private changing rooms with lockers to lock personal belongings in, and had simple elements like light art on the ceiling to look at when having work done. I have very difficult veins and my nurse did an amazing job getting me prepped with minimal pain and bruising after. Very thankful I chose to come to this site for testing and will make it a point to schedule future tests needed here as I enjoyed my level of care.

I bet you will find the fee to be the same after you pay for co-pays, parking and all the additional fees. Or instead you can go to Northwestern where they tack on fees left and right and make you wait for weeks for your results and then multiple appointments later plus the stress of waiting and you've already likely paid the $390 anyway in co-pays and fees cause insurance is BS. I started at NW and had months of stress and appointments. Never again. The piece of mind is worth every penny. Do it. Trust me.

He provides a calm atmosphere, excellent x-ray technicians, and his immediate attention to my current test results. I am guessing all that must have created a lot of new patients. I am now 65 and can't afford the $390 concierge fee and am looking for a new facility for my mamogram. I am disappointed that he is my third Northwestern Memorial doctor that has skipped down the road to become a concierge doctor. I have other specialists at University of Chicago Med, they never do this, only the NWM doctors go this route. I know he is the best and hires the best x-ray techs (never cause me pain). By reducing his patient population, I seriously hope he is able to help breast cancer patients that need constant imaging.

Still no anything. She may have well of been a robot. What happened to common courtesy and a polite greeting? If you are working in a public capacity you should have some common manners. Lori Russ was phenomenal and the MRI techs were great... very caring, kind and very helpful !! I had an MRI done and it was a third of the cost of having it done at the hospital!!!! I have a close relative who is a radiologist and he reviewed the report and had such compliments about the radiologist report!! She said they'd schedule me when the radiologist is there and he can use an ultrasound. Scheduled the appointment and then scheduled my appt with my doc to go over everything. When I get there I mention to them about the radiologist and the ultrasound and they don't say anything. The tech starts to look for a vein. The worst experience I've ever had with someone trying to find a vein!!!!! He had to use two tunicates. He stabbed me twice and as he was failing miserably with the 3rd attempt I bring up the radiologist and the ultrasound. HE IS NOT THERE!! And he won't be in next week!! The week I have my follow up doc appt. that I made work arrangements around. Negative stars

The reception staff can seem a bit salty, but they have an incredibly challenging job so cut them a bit of slack! If you are kind to them, they will treat you well. The wait time is never too long. Dr. Young, Leah, and the entire team always listen and treat me with dignity and compassion. I've certainly not been the easiest patient to deal with at times, but their care for me is first rate. I have honestly NEVER had an issue with anything there. Bravo.

You check in at a kiosk, and they work through appointments first, then walk-ins. If you are at all able, sign up for an appointment, as these will fill their schedule, and walk-ins will have to wait, sometimes quite a while! The staff I've worked with have been very friendly, professional and efficient. They are nice, but don't waste time with chit chat. They do a good job of what they are there for, and this is appreciated. The only negative is that if someone walks in and gets upset that others are being served before them, the staff is clearly not there to provide this kind of customer service. Be kind to yourself - and everyone - and register for an appointment!
