I always need to call, waot on hold for over an hour then get a ride person who says they billed CHAMPVA. I call CHAMPVA who says they have no record of being billed. Then I need to call Quest again and wait on hold for well over an hour to get another rude person on the phone who when confronted about the lie begrudgingly decided to be nice and "bill them agsin" like they had billed them before and never lied to me about it then if im lucky they actually do in a few months. Then they insist on being laid before a lab being drawn and then once that has happened they bill CHAMPVA. Quest is both unfriendly with 100% disabled veterans and there spouse they are crooked. Like most kids, he was not having it and fought hard. She was very patient and professional while we tried to get him to cooperate. Ultimately we had to hold him and even with the moving he was doing, Stephanie got the needle in quick on the first try and was able to get the three vials we needed in no time. I very much appreciate her accuracy on a moving target.
