The rep was thorough & had to show her presentation on her laptop vs. the mounted TV monitor because it wasn't connecting. She answered many questions about the procedure, pros & cons, where you can't have it done as far as on the body & general experiences she's heard as a rep for the past 7 years. The Cooltone demo wasn't as popular with the participants so I was able to try it out on my belly just to see what it feels like. It kinda tickled when it would vibrate which indicated when the lactic acid would be released. The process is supposed to mimic doing a ton of situps when it is activated at it's maximum level. Mine was at a lower level for demo's sake. The Medical Assistant called my name & I got an evaluation. She was helpful, honest, friendly & talked about her personal experiences with the Coolsculpting & how the Elite machine is more advanced than previous versions. She assured me & gave honest feedback when I asked questions. The staff was helpful in general, rooms & front areas were clean.
