Check-in at the…read morefront desk was smooth & Coolsculpting rep had already hooked up the female patient, Carmen who was in the demo. Carmen looked relaxed & didn't seem to be in any discomfort. The rep was thorough & had to show her presentation on her laptop vs. the mounted TV monitor because it wasn't connecting. She answered many questions about the procedure, pros & cons, where you can't have it done as far as on the body & general experiences she's heard as a rep for the past 7 years. The Cooltone demo wasn't as popular with the participants so I was able to try it out on my belly just to see what it feels like. It kinda tickled when it would vibrate which indicated when the lactic acid would be released. The process is supposed to mimic doing a ton of situps when it is activated at it's maximum level. Mine was at a lower level for demo's sake. The Medical Assistant called my name & I got an evaluation. She was helpful, honest, friendly & talked about her personal experiences with the Coolsculpting & how the Elite machine is more advanced than previous versions. She assured me & gave honest feedback when I asked questions. The staff was helpful in general, rooms & front areas were clean.

When I asked the office staff why patients were scheduled so early if the doctor wasn't available, I was told this is "standard practice" because the doctor is making hospital rounds in San Antonio. Their response was, "We can't schedule appointments later. This is what we're told to do." I understand that physicians have hospital responsibilities and that unexpected delays can happen. However, knowingly scheduling patients for times when the doctor isn't even in the office shows a lack of respect for their time. Instead of having a waiting room full of patients sitting for hours, appointments should be scheduled when the doctor is actually available to see them. Patients arrange time off work, childcare, transportation, and other commitments to make their appointments. Their time deserves the same respect as the doctor's. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my time simply wasn't valued.

The excellent pros worked to address my issues and pain relief modalities, which helped me to deal with the injury to my left knee and consequential left leg to foot and hip pain as well as lower back issues. The one on one with physical manipulations was helpful. New to ATI, Randall Kinslow began a series of different physical manipulations to address my leg, hip and back pain. This began easing pain and stress to my body. Also considered other issues such as a difference in leg length and solution to address this as a cause of some of my foot, knee, leg, hip and back pain. This began to lower my pain thresholds to my ultimate relief! Still working towards lowering my pain and managing it if not eliminating it. I can't thank the team at ATI (Judson Road) enough. Their attitudes and expertise create an uplifting environment for their patients and helped me a lot. I believe having an open floor plan with all the patients and therapists helps to engage everyone to talk and laugh as well as meet other people. I actually leave my appointment with my attitude uplifted. Thank you to all the staff at ATI (Judson). You make me feel better and smile a lot!

When I go it is because I really need to not want to because It is expensive. I have seen Dr. Rezendes a couple times but the last time I called because it was 3 years since I have gone I am considered a new patient and the first appointment was in 30 days. I guess I need to know 30 days in advance when I need to go. I went somewhere else. I forgot about last time and called again because The pain in my foot is getting unbearable and once again because I haven't been in three years I am considered a new patient and I can't get in for over 30 days which is absolutely ridiculous because I'm not a new patient I've seen the doctor before and I'm still in the system. Once again I will have to go see another doctor and will never call this office again.

The office clerks were so friendly & welcoming. Then I was introduced to Amy (CCMA). What a refreshing personality! She was so sweet & patient with my many questions. She explained each procedure, which left me feeling relaxed & assured. And PA Brandon Lang was amazing & extremely knowledgeable! He actually took the time to listen to "all" my concerns. He performed the procedure to correct my vertigo. He repeated the procedure several times to ensure I knew what/how to perform it myself. Afterwards, I mentioned how, at times my inner ears itched. He checked them out & allowed me to view (on screen) what he was doing. Gosh, that was soooo neat! Wow...today's technology is something else; thank so much for the mind-blowing experience PA Lang. When I arrived for my very first visit, I was under the impression that I would meet with the doctor. Dr. Moss never made his presence known during my visit, which is a big red flag. I only met with one of the physician assistants and an account manager who attempted to schedule me for three different procedures to be done all at once. There is no way that I would proceed with a procedure with a doctor who could not be bothered to meet with me on my very first visit! Do you think I would be willing to meet this doctor for the very first time right before a procedure started? Without a consultation and not knowing his bedside manner? No way!
