Then I need to call Quest again and wait on hold for well over an hour to get another rude person on the phone who when confronted about the lie begrudgingly decided to be nice and "bill them agsin" like they had billed them before and never lied to me about it then if im lucky they actually do in a few months. Then they insist on being laid before a lab being drawn and then once that has happened they bill CHAMPVA. Quest is both unfriendly with 100% disabled veterans and there spouse they are crooked.
