This was not an emergency room visit. I was able to pay a $50 co-pay, but the cost will of course depend on your insurance. My only advice is to communicate with the staff if you have trouble filling a prescription or need to send prescriptions to different pharmacies. That can be tricky, but they will help you get it figured out.

From the moment we entered and the person at the front desk explained all the paperwork, charges and process - to the care I received - and in less than one hour I had received x-rays, an unfortunate but expected diagnoses of a broken foot and left with crutches, a boot and a care plan ! Because of some tech's inflated ego, I experienced multiple sticks and then she kept moving the needle around inside my vein on my right arm (my right is my dominant hand). Extreme pain, bruising, and soreness even days afterwards. Finally, a more experienced tech took over (after all the torture) and went to the other arm. Afterwards, no bruising on my left arm, couldn't even tell where the needle hole was. My right arm looks like I have track marks. Not happy what-so-ever.
