Stated the SKU didn't work and that they didn't have that item. I walked back and showed the manager the literally same item from the bin where I pulled it the day before and she stood her ground and stated she did not have that PVC piping. The lengths these people will go through to avoid a return is unbelievable. Finally she said she would do me a favor and offered me $20 for a return of a bundle of 10 of 3/4-in PVC piping which is roughly $6.63 each. She offered me $20 in store credit. I told her to go fly kite and walked out. Go to home Depot.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in helping you to track down what you need. Another nice facet of what they offer is that they are an authorized repair shop for many major tool brands. While I will say that I have had to wait long periods of time for repairs, it has never been because they don't keep up, but rather that the supplier isn't always quick to respond to warranty work. I highly recommend them for sales and service. They are always on the top of my list when I have to buy a new tool.
