This a place where everyone is actually friendly. They do not try to charge you for unnecessary things, which is another A+ in my book! As a female, this has been my greatest concern in an auto shop. Flat on Parkway My…read morefamily of 4 experienced a flat on the highway. My wife and 2 kids caught a ride from a neighbor and I stayed behind with the car. By the time i got my spare and jack from the truck Scott from Nicolette showed up. Attached the spare. Showed me where the hole was in my tire that I later got plugged. Also gave me some advice on my front two tires. He was professional, fast, personable and arrived within 15-20 minutes from when called. Couldn't have had better service.

This is unbelievable. I only had to go 15 minutes away at 2am in the morning. Apparently they were 'too busy' to do anything other than tow me off the parkway at the next exit. Absolutely furious. The driver that picked me up seemed to be a decent guy, clean cut,.. but the whole situation was absolutely trash.

She walked out with me and went over the damages to my she stated that she could have the car done within two weeks. She would order the parts and let me know when they came in. I would drop off my car once the ports came in and she make sure that the repairs were completed in time. After I off my car, she told me it would be approximately two weeks. To my surprise, the car was done and only seven business days. I went over to the shop to pick it up and couldn't even tell that my car was ever in an accident. True workmanship at its best.
