First of all, he gave me a call when the mattress went on sale, and continued throughout the sale process, answering my questions with his expertise. He cares about his customers and if you have a problem, he treats it as if it's his own. I would also like to give a shout out to Dillard and Brad, the two young men who delivered the mattress. They were so nice and very careful with the delivery, making sure it was placed just as I wanted before they left. They're not taking care of that the salesman that I had Jimmy Welch made promises they set up delivery 2 nice men came out with the bed didn't install it they were told about a return a warranty. They said it would be warranty, but they couldn't take the bed with I can't put old beds with new beds never came and picked it up. Paid $200 extra for having the bed set up. Nobody set it up.
