He would forget nearly everything we spoke about from the last call when we would have our next meeting mind you they type stuff down throughout the whole session. Also these are supposed to be 1 hour sessions and my therapist was 15 minutes late to every session and would end every session 10 minutes early so I was not getting my moneys worth and felt like they truly didn't care to help me. One particular time my therapist started messing with his background and was changing it and messing with his computer for 15 straight minutes like a child discovering the filters on their parents tablet. I cancelled all my appointments after my last appointment and payment and then 8 months later they tried to tell me I owed them $100 and everytime I would call them to discuss the wouldn't answer and never return my call. I do not recommend this company at all. this will be an absolute waste of your time and money and will be more of a hassle than a help.

I don't see how it is helpful for the "counselor" to always have the knee-jerk reaction of taking the wife's side in every issue and to always enable and even encourage dysfunctional behavior and to demonize the husband in every instance. Render-Morris is much worse than seeing no counselor at all. Unless the husband is a masochist who craves to be in a one-sided relationship with severe double-standards in every aspect of married life. This is the opinion I gathered very quickly because the pattern of bias on the part of TRM was unwavering.
