Everyone here is friendly, professional and speedy. The nurse who started my IV did it in the hand which is a difficult and usually painful place to put it. I hardly felt it all, which is amazing! What a pro! The next day I could hardly see where it had been located. The nurse anesthetist came to see me as well as the other nurse in the procedure room and the doctor as well. My husband and I have been in several surgery centers and it usually takes forever (I'm talking hours) for the physician to see you after the procedure and discharge you. Not here! They are so busy they have to be efficient to stay on time. My procedure was at 8:30 and I was discharged at 9:35. Unbelievable! We will be back.

Yes, I understand, but as a patient, if I don't understand why you're slapping on a new diagnosis on to me, I won't really follow your recommendations. He works at PAR rehab which is the sketchiest place in the world. They refuse to give you your testing results and only give you a report which they make up. Horrible patient care, just kept saying I want you to start on meds. Didn't give me any other options for treatment. I'd rather drive up to Ann Arbor to get better care. Literally the worst type of care--not being transparent.

My surgeon was, Schiro William A DDS and he was very helpful by letting me pay half at the time of the extraction and half the next day. First, the staff is pleasant. They greet you when you walk in and the place looks like home rather than a cold sterile Doctors Office. I was greeted twice and taken into a room right on time. I think they are careful not to overscheduled people which I really appreciate. The MA was kind and cheerful and very personable. She took my vitals and did the preliminary questions. Next came the PA, who sat and listened to my story, asked questions and took her time. That was extraordinary. She was thorough and easy to talk to. I've been back several times and each has been a great experience. Staff always is at the ready and completely professional to deal with.
