As a courtesy, the school gave me the opportunity to take a refresher course for the NCCT exam for the certification. While I was taking the daytime classes I hear an excellent thing about Dr. Bains her knowledge and expertise for the course I was taking was second to none. She was helpful and understating the various needs of her students. She takes the extra steps for her students to understand the course. For that, I am very thankful to have her as my instructor. They used to have a real industry and teaching pro in HVAC who is no longer there either. Never any new or at least usable materials to learn on because the school will not buy new equipment, they only want free donations which is usually crap. I am only one of many that have had the same terrible experience with that place.

She took the time to teach us what we would encounter in the field and reviewed each task multiple times in their lab. I was extremely prepared for all exams. The passion that the staff (Phillipa and Rebecca) exude played a part in me enrolling, to continue my studies and get my HHA cert. They are available to answer any questions and take a keen interest in their students. I couldn't imagine having gone elsewhere to get my PCA.

Succeeded in 2 DRAFTING classes at PARSONS ... Tuition high ... Seminar a little ... Un.comfortable due to lack of questions about program ... Always regretted not giving second chance to SIGN.UP ... Glad to hear so many have been to Island Drafting ... Probably should have pursued more aggressively ... Sorry to say age , and surgery has taken a toll on my SOUTHPAW SKILLS ... Navigating texting on cell can become a struggle if done for long time ... SURGERY probably made hand more sensitive to typing ...
