She was recommended to me by a friend and I had the most incredible experience whilst in the session. She works on the subtle energy fields that are within and around the body. My wife and I attended a relationship counselling session with Helen. She then spoke to my wife for around 15min and then myself for a similar time. We both then spoke to her together. She then suggested we separate as a trial for 3-6mths.
