She know how to manage my thick, fine hair, and always cut it perfectly. The other girls, Haley and Amanda are also good. Haley was actually the first one to cut my hair there :) The atmosphere is great as well, they always something good playing and the talk is always personable. I honestly miss it. In fact, I went to the Hair Cuttery today for a balayage (trying to go back to blonde from when Dena dyed my hair a beautiful brown for my wedding) and an undercut at the nape. They did a horrible job and I'm very seriously considering making an appointment with Shear Success because I know that they can fix my hair.

I left with an uneven cut, she wasn't even going to trim my bangs until I asked her to and it cost extra to get your hair blown dry (not even styled, just dried!) so since it was 100° outside I left with a wet head. She even rescheduled my initial appointment when I needed to cancel (with notice). I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early which gave us more time for the consultation. Once the appointment started, she told me she hasn't taken new clients in over a year because the wait for her existing clients became too long. I asked, "so how did I get here?" She said she didn't know and that maybe I just emailed her at the right time. When I left my appointment with frizzy hair (I guess she doesn't flat iron hair or normally work with curly hair) she told me I could reschedule a new appointment next season or next year, it's up to me... I'm sure she is far more friendly and helpful with her existing clientele. I'm also sure I won't be returning but that is probably alright with Amy.
