Which is nice because he focused on our dog during his scheduled time. And we didn't have to worry if our dog would have anxiety from being around several other dogs. Want to give a HUGE shout out to Patti and Justin! Our dog Ranger is a 2 year old German Shepard, Siberian husky mix. He is TERRIFIED of the water and taking a bath. Patti and Justin took the extra time to play with him and get him comfortable with them first before getting him into the tub. No one has been able to give him a bath in the past due to his anxiety with water. He got a full shampoo/conditioning for deshedding and blow dried too. Teeth cleaned and his ears cleaned as well. We took our 11 month old puppy to see Justin. We selected Justin based on the reviews of him being patient and kind. I called him on the phone and he was immediately easy to talk to and very informative. His prices are higher than I have paid in the past, however it's hard to put a price on your pet being well taken care of. With that said, the previous two times I had him groomed, I was met at the curb by the groomer and had no idea what their setup was like and what was going on behind closed doors. Justin was completely different, he invited us into his workshop which was impressively neat and professional. Justin was not rushing us out of there and even said we could stay to make sure we got the desired length. We left him to it and went to dinner. A little less than two hours later, Justin let us know he was almost done and again invited us to "come on back." Upon arrival, Justin again made sure that everything was to our liking. I could tell he would of been more than happy to keep working until we were happy. He did not rush it at all. I felt very comfortable with Justin in person, he even shared a recipe with me (bonus!). My worst fear is my pet being mistreated and I did not fear this with Justin. Peace of mind is well worth the money. We will definitely return. read more

I would give this business negative 100 stars if I could, and I have never said that before. PLEASE do not take your dog to this place! It's the first time I posted a negative review about a groomer. She chopped off all of our schnauzer mix's hair, and all we requested was a wash and cut. She buzzed her so close she actually cut her under both front legs. And she treated her so roughly, tugging on her face and hair in a very abrasive way. Our normally outgoing dog is now cowering in a corner at home shaking. Literally, our dog is in a traumatic depression-- crying and cowering. We had to apply neosporin to all of her cuts. My dog is hyper and very happy, and she has went to other groomers in a different city before we moved, and always came away with beautiful cuts and no injuries. Angry is not the word.
