Neither location was convenient for me, but the service is so outstanding that I would follow them anywhere! First off, the groomers who work here are very gentle with my dog. They are aware that she is fragile and yet strong willed. They treat her with love and report any medical concerns they observe. I have peace of mind in dropping her off. They are also aware that I don't want to have her there longer than needed (because grooming is inherently stressful) and they communicate with me so that I'm aware of how busy they are on a given day so I can decide to bring my dog in earlier or later. It appears that Clarissa is in charge of overall management. She and all of the groomers are wonderful! Second, they do a great job of grooming my dog and always ask if I want them to do anything differently each time. I couldn't be happier with this business and highly recommend it. By the way, there is easy parking behind the building.

The little guy is hard of hearing and his vision is bad.I feel bad just leaving him there. He was all curled in a ball in the cage and when I mentioned it she laughed and said he wore himself. You can tell that every single person working here really loves dogs, and the dogs, at least my dog, seems to love all of them. We recently left our puppy here when we weren't able to take him with us on vacation. My wife, who still does Facebook (LOL), logged in daily to see videos and pix of the pack including our boy, so she and the kids (and me too, I guess) felt connected. When we got home and went to pick him up, he was happy to see all four of us, but he didn't want to leave...I guess dogs really are pack animals. We also utilize doggie daycare a couple time per week. As far as pet safety goes, and I might not have this exactly right, but I think the dogs are grouped by age and size. That is, the large breed puppies are kept together, and the small breed puppies are keep together. The large breed adults are kept together...etc. In other words, you don't have to worry about your chihuahua pup getting eaten by a Doberman. Great business, and great location. Five stars.

The business apologized when I texted them about the issue and suggested packing the wound with flour. After looking at the size of the wound, it seems unlikely that they did not notice this injury. I'm very disappointed my dog had to experience this and that they didn't bother informing me of the injury when I picked him up.

In fact, we have referred others to their services. Katie has been amazing with our Nova! She is always on time, she does a quick job but not too quick that she can't be thorough. We have a Maltipoo and They always give her some sort of bow and bandana so she looks adorable every time she comes back to the door. It is so worth the cost and it's quite convenient. But most importantly, the dog is used to the service and has less anxiety definitely give them a try!

During my visit, staff members appeared distracted and unprofessional, and their interactions with customers who expressed concern about their pets came across as dismissive. I also noticed dogs being kept in cages for extended periods before grooming, with little effort made to comfort those that were visibly anxious. Overall, the atmosphere and the handling practices I witnessed left me deeply uncomfortable and concerned about the well-being of the animals in their care.
