It's amazing to take your dogs somewhere and trust that they are being loved on the entire time. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else to be groomed. They are excellent with Pomeranians and my dogs smell great for at least three to four weeks after their appointment.

I pay for medium doodle (25lb-50lb) which is I think $105-150 or something - and they always charge 105. His cuts have been great and they have listened to all my requests, including having his ears cut really short. They have you pay and tip prior to seeing the dog which has not been an issue. Usually book appt close to and do any groomer available. This last time I brought him, they charged me 10$ more than usual even though prices are still the same, and my dog is (obviously) still the same. I keep him brushed so absolutely no mats. Thought it was weird but whatever. Gave a good tip like I usually do as they had been consistent. But this time his cut was all over the place. He has long straggly pieces everywhere and it just looks overall uneven. His private area/underbelly was not even shaved, and around his butt has long pieces as well and I don't think it was even cleaned. His nails were not even cut. When I dropped him off groomer asked if I wanted the same thing and I said yes reminded about the short ears. Day later I noticed he had a cut and looked like a pretty big scrape in his underarm that was definitely from the grooming - it was inflamed as well. Upset I had to tip before hand... I was feeling generous. Feeling pretty bummed bc I was so happy with their services up until this point, hence 3 stars. Moral of the story I guess is find a good groomer here and stick with them, book in advance. I'll try that from now on and update accordingly. Update: bathed my dog like a normally do once a week post our last grooming and he was petrified, uncontrollably shaking. Not sure what went on but, even though I have had 75% good grooms I'm pretty wary of bringing him back.

Unfortunately, my experience when something went wrong changed my confidence in continuing to trust them with his care. Max went in for his a grooming appointment with no irritation or injury to his belly. I requested a shorter summer cut and trusted the professionals caring for him to determine how to safely execute that request. He was not himself the following day, and by Friday I discovered significant irritation in the area that had been closely groomed. It continued to worsen and ultimately required an emergency veterinary visit, antibiotics, pain medication, a cone, and several days of wound care. When I contacted the business, their response focused on the fact that they had not observed an injury during his appointment and that I did not identify the irritation until after the grooming. They declined any responsibility or reimbursement. I wasn't looking for an admission of wrongdoing or expecting them to cover a large veterinary bill. Maybe a refund of the grooming fee, a discount, or another meaningful gesture would have shown me that they took what happened to Max seriously. What concerned me most was the lack of accountability once there was a problem. I sent a final message explaining why their response had damaged my trust and asking them to cancel Max's future appointment, and I received no response at all. My dog is family to me. I willingly pay for quality professional care because his safety and well-being matter enormously to me. I need to know that the people I entrust him to will not only treat him well when everything goes right, but will respond with care and accountability if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer have that confidence and will be taking Max elsewhere.

I recently needed a cat carrier to get a stray that I just adopted to the vet, and the lady who runs the store was very helpful. I'm sure she could've sold me a much more expensive one, but she had a used carrier in stock for just $15 which I really appreciated. She was also helpful at answering my questions about local vets and animal hospitals. The selection of merchandise here isn't huge since it's a small store, but if they have what you want then you can count on courteous and helpful service.
