My cat has never had fleas before, and she was only brought here to be cleaned and groomed. She is well cared for and up to date on her vaccinations. Now I have to spend $100 on medication to treat fleas that she did not have before going to this business. I trusted them to take care of my cat, and instead, I was left dealing with an unexpected expense and the stress of treating her for fleas. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and feel that other pet owners should be aware of what happened before deciding to bring their pets here. I expected my cat to come home clean--not with fleas. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

He is almost 11 years old and not a fan of being groomed. I have found many groomers unwilling to groom large dogs or will only groom a few large dogs a month. Lacy was able to give me an appointment for him in a few days. Halo was a mess when I brought him in, dirty and matted. Lacy did an excellent job and was very patient and kind to him. My pup passed on Saturday and they opened on Sunday just for me to bring her and make arrangements and they didn't charge anything additional. Tony was respectful, knowledgeable and made the process painless. The prices vary on the package, but I felt they were reasonable. I dropped her off on Sunday and they had her remains ready on Monday afternoon. That was a quick turnaround compared to when I previously did this for one of my other pups at a different location. Lienna greeted us when we went to pick up the remains and she, like Tony, was very knowledgeable and kind. Lienna was also willing to wait an additional hour after closing to ensure we were able bring our pups remains back home. I would give the company a 5 out of 5 star rating based on the professionalism, empathy/sympathy, knowledge and overall respect and kindness. I would recommend others to go here during their time of need for their pet family and I would return too should I find myself needing to care for my pets remains.

They went out of their way to make a bad day better and picked my best friend up in the middle of the evening without hesitation. Brought my dog in on a Friday. Was given two options of a X-ray and/or blood work by Dr. Hager…read more Did both, and she thought he could potentially have a blockage. Sent us home with medicine and to bring him back in the morning for another xray. If nothing was moved, he would likely need surgery. His temperate was at 98 which was dangerously low and he was so weak. I couldn't believe she didn't offer to keep him overnight or to keep trying to find the issue as she was not certain about the blockage. Woke up early Saturday morning and my poor dog was basically lifeless, couldn't even move. Rushed him back and Dr. Roe had the issue figured out within 10 minutes by a simple fecal test but unfortunately it was too late. Dr. Roe tried his best to save him. I truly believe if he was diagnosed properly Friday, my sweet boy would have had a fighting chance. I feel Dr. Hager and the assistant had no compassion for my dog and she certainly did not put in the effort to find what was wrong with him. This place has gone down hill ever since it was sold and I will never be back. This dog meant the world to us, our family is broken.

Doc Obryan dealt with my beagle pup in 2024 when she caught parvo. He saved my baby girl and within 24 hours Charley was up eating and ready to go home. I don't trust my dogs or farm animals with anyone else. I've always been treated with kindness when I come here, I lost two animals back to back in 2021. One a goat the other a ten yr dachshund who was hospitalized. She passed while there. Doc Obryan called me to let me know she passed and was upset on the phone. When I got there he came in to talk to us and gave me a kind hug told me how sorry he was had tears in his eyes. There's four vets at this office and I've had dealt with all four. Mostly Dr Zellers. As my dachshunds like Dr Zellers and Dr Roe moreso. I've never had any issues with the staff nor the drs. They are great! Best vets in several counties! They've helped me late at night before when I had sick goats to helping me with my diabetic dog who was seizing while out of town. Highly recommend this team to care for all your pets you have! Very knowledgeable and caring!
