My cat has never had fleas before, and she was only brought here to be cleaned and groomed. She is well cared for and up to date on her vaccinations. Now I have to spend $100 on medication to treat fleas that she did not have before going to this business. I trusted them to take care of my cat, and instead, I was left dealing with an unexpected expense and the stress of treating her for fleas. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and feel that other pet owners should be aware of what happened before deciding to bring their pets here. I expected my cat to come home clean--not with fleas. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

We got in the day we called (don't know if that's usual or we got lucky). It's about a 35-minute drive from where we live in Louisville, but worth it. And they are very reasonably priced. Elizabethtown is nearby, and we got a late lunch and then picked up the dogs. A great experience. Need to know: Their sign isn't real obvious. They are right next to a hair salon, the middle of three businesses at the address.

The owner then turned to me and said we don't need customers like you anyway! I get home my dogs ears smell her nails have been cut horribly wrong the back paw is bleeding so bad I had to apply pressure to get it to stop bleeding.. this was not a professional setting I was not happy and my dog is 12lbs and has never been aggressive! And if it was so aggressive that She needed to sit in a cage for two hours why didn't someone call me!
