We got in the day we called (don't know if that's usual or we got lucky). It's about a 35-minute drive from where we live in Louisville, but worth it. And they are very reasonably priced. Elizabethtown is nearby, and we got a late lunch and then picked up the dogs. A great experience. Need to know: Their sign isn't real obvious. They are right next to a hair salon, the middle of three businesses at the address.

While I was filling out my paperwork, she was getting to know Max and talking to him and petting him to make him feel comfortable. She was introducing to the other dogs there. Which made me feel better about leaving him. I dropped him off at 9:00 am and about 11:00 am he was ready for pick up. He was super excited to see me and definitely was de-fluffed. He was so cute with his bandana. His nails were trimmed and he smelled great. Payment was super easy, when she texted to let me know he was ready. I was able to get the total price and bring cash. Simple easy pick up. I felt super comfy leaving my fur baby in Alexis's hands.

I asked groomer if there was a problem she said not with your dog but another dog, so I asked how much longer and she said 20 minutes! I Said I'm not happy I made an appointment not for my dog to sit in the cage for two hours, she said take it up with the owner! Ok I went to my truck! The owner came out and approached me and told me my dog was a aggressive! And the last person doing dogs was much faster bc she was on meth I said I really don't care about your previous workers And the groomer just told me my dog was perfectly fine it was another dog that was aggressive! Right then and there I wanted my dog. I walked inside asked for guy to put my girl down asked how much I owe I payed and said I will not be back! The owner then turned to me and said we don't need customers like you anyway! I get home my dogs ears smell her nails have been cut horribly wrong the back paw is bleeding so bad I had to apply pressure to get it to stop bleeding.. this was not a professional setting I was not happy and my dog is 12lbs and has never been aggressive! And if it was so aggressive that She needed to sit in a cage for two hours why didn't someone call me! The owner was lying right to my face... please think before you drop your animals off here !!! #SPEAKFORANIMALS
