We called and were informed that we could bring her by on any Tues and Thurs afternoon to visit and become comfortable before an appointment for full service. We dropped by on a Tuesday afternoon assuming that it was just a 'hello' and possibly a doggie treat or something. She was offered a quick trim of her face and, OMG, she was treated with such patience that I was in tears (she is a handful). Her official puppy trim (which was carefully explained as being not a full cut/grooming) was two days later and they did an amazing job. We have another dog that is part shih tzu/part yorkie and have had him trimmed at numerous places around town. Never have we seen such TLC and talent!! These folks obviously care about dogs and it shows in their respect to the owners, patience with the dogs, and their attention to detail. Thank you, Pretty Paws for your excellent service!

Marina made it easy to get set up with them and for the most part communicated all the info I'd need before coming in. Marina recommended Payton, probably ended up being the best part of my entire experience. Payton seems to have a unique schedule and doesn't take on many new clients but was apparently the toy poodle expert. If I had anything else I had questions about, it was easy to reach Payton. She was always professional but meant business, she got to the point and never tried to overload me with information. The other employees were friendly and welcoming when neither of the aforementioned two were around. I've never really taken my dogs to get groomed but it was Well worth the money we spent. Wish i could give Payton and marina more stars.

I went to pick up my dog . and these people were putting my dog in there car , it's a good thing I puled up when I did . he would have been gone . and went back in and told them this , and was ignored like nothing happened! please don't take your animals here . you might not have it when you go to pick it up ! if they mixed up your dog twice, and then play it off like it is no big deal. can you imagine how they treat your dog while they are in there . never wil recommend them to eny one period!

Just went there for the first time today and was very pleased in how they groomed my dog. I only paid $63 for a bath, haircut and nail trimming for my chow. They…read moreare extremely reliable and communicate if they are running early or late or need to reschedule (all which is rare). They groom my Yorkie - wash, dry, shave, and cut. They also trim all 4 of my dogs' nails. Peanut loves Richard and my other dogs aren't afraid of him even though they hate getting their nails trimmed. I don't know how their rates compare to other groomers because I've never used anyone else. They seem fair to me, especially since I don't have to go out. Trying to get 4 dogs into a regular groomer would be a nightmare. I highly recommend them!
