I then got through a couple times and was put on hold for several minutes even though I was the first collar in line. I came in in the following evening and was told that I had to come in person between the hours of 7 AM and 3 PM to get my refund which caused me to have to call out of work. In addition to all of that every single time that I come, I ask for touchless, but somebody in the wash area typically messes up and I get the brushes on my car. I have scratches on my windshield. All in all after talking with the manager and talking with the employee from the last time, not once did I get an apology. Each time I was just asked if I wanted to sign back up and give them more money. Spend your money somewhere else.

The exterior of the vehicle looks great, and has a nice fresh-off-the-lot shine. The interior was past due for a little TLC so I went ahead and added an interior clean package. On a scale of 1 to 10, I will give this particular round a 6. While better than it was, the vacuum and dust cloths missed a number of places, and the windshield - the main reason for wanting the interior cleaned - still has some smudges. As an aside, while I can't confirm/may well be mistaken, I think that a number of the photos on the walls in the waiting area are of actual employees that I have seen working at this location. If that's the case, kudos to the company for the authenticity. I'm still giving this four stars because this location usually performs at that level. I'll re-assess next visit. Things to know: * This location is on a busy corner and shares driveway access with a couple other business - be cautious. * This is one of the very few (maybe the only remaining) Mister Car Wash in The Des Moines metro where you can pay to have your car's interior cleaned.
