Last Wednesday I went in to check on my clock. Keep in mind, never a call back, or update from Ben the owner. Keeping in mind, my clock has been there 3 yrs, and excuses, excuses, & more excuses. I bring in my claim check, and he remembers nothing!! Then he announces he's packing up the store & closing as he can't get help. Then he whines he's had Covid. I could truly careless, as he's been horrible to me. Then he can't find my clock. More excuses. Finally I said in Feb you told me you'd call me in 30 days. Then Ben goes in the backroom and brings my clock out. I ask if its fixed? He can't remember what the problem is. Then says Yes, yes I fixed it. I asked what he fixed, as he's hastily winding my clock and making it ding. I said there was never a problem with the chimes..... At that point since 60% of store is packed up, I take my clock and walk out......an absolutely unbelievable experience. Hopefully the Ft Myers store will close. Terrible terrible business. Over 3 yrs to get my clock fixed. read more

I needed to have two clocks repaired, small grandfather wall clock and another wall clock, made by a family member. Both clocks were sentimental to us. The owners took great care with our clocks. They were fixed perfectly and quickly! She also took her time to show me how to set the chimes myself, if it was not chiming to the right time, ( when we have a time change) so as not to have to make another trip to the store. Although, I enjoy going into the Store, as they have a lot of very interesting Clocks, Watches and Beautiful Jewelry! The owners are very Knowledgeable, Personable and Nice. I highly recommend using Clock and Watch Masters to fix Your Clocks and/or Watches.. Great Experience! read more

An update on this business. Just received my watch back from a local jeweler who repaired watch for not the $425 quoted by this business but for$130. He also did not charge a bench fee for the estimate!!! read more

We had a great experience with the people here. I brought in an antique clock with the chime not synchronized to the time. After explaining the problem, the owner came out and fixed it immediately for me and showed me how to work it in the future. They even showed me how to take out and reinstall the pendulum for transporting the clock. Thanks for the great service and help. read more

there is no rating i can give this clock dealer. he has returned the inner workings of my grandfather clock, three times and it still doesn't work.. after hundreds of dollars paid, i have nothing. i do not recommend this man for any work. if you do. your waiting time is astronomical , months and months. you will be told two to four weeks, but it isn't. there is always an excuse. got ripped off. read more

Do not use this company! We used the company before it changed hands and all was well. Then we called Clocks to do maintenance on our grandfather clock. Mr. Diadone came and said he had to take the clock to his shop to work on it. Six weeks later he returned the clock and set it up. It appeared that all was well so we paid 708.00 for the service. It worked right for exactly one day. The next day the hourly chime was no longer sounding on the hour. We contacted Mr Diadone and he said he would come here and correct the problem. He came and reset the clock and again it worked right for one day. He said the clock was now covered with a two year warranty, which he now refuses to honor. The clock chime system worked fine for seventeen years but now it does not. Also the phases of the moon dial no longer works. Clocks stopped taking our calls and ignored our emails. Mr Diadone cannot be trusted with your clock! read more

I sent my watch to be repaired on 12/22/17. I received my watch back on April 5 after many contacts and efforts to have the watch returned. It was returned about 6 weeks ago, but it didn't run, so I sent it back. Long story short- the watch still doesn't run. I have my broken watch, but am $185 out. Also, It is the worst run business I have ever experience in my over 80 years! read more
