Stopped in to have my husbands watch battery replaced and face fixed. Unfortunately this sweet man could only replace the battery as he is not in the business of fixing watches but he was able to swap the battery in just a few minutes and it was only $10. I inherited a 100 year old grandfather clock from my sister which I had shipped back from NY in March and it was not working. The last time I remember it working was about 50 years ago. The owner of the shop,Vladimir, came to my house, gave me a very reasonable estimate and took the non working parts with him. It took several months to get it back, (because he's so busy), but was totally worth the wait. He installed it, I kept an eye on it and it needed a minor tweak, which when I called him about, he came right out and fixed it the next night, at no extra charge ... just a minor adjustment. It's been working perfectly since then, and I'm so happy to have this clock back that was in my life/living room as a child growing up. It's like having a family member back. Thank you Vladimir. Needed the links taken off a watch. I also needed another one cleaned and repaired. He doesn't fix the watch, as it was a link band. He was able to take the links out in like five minutes. OMG! This place is very unassuming, but well worth it. Don't let the exteriror fool you. Tiny little store, two guys working in there. Due to COVID the door is locked and they are only letting two people in at once, which I liked. Plus they are wearing masks. So my watch hadn't been working in a long, long time. I thought it needed a battery of course. This guy took the back off and immediately started cleaning the gunk out. Gross and embarrassing. He replaced the battery but the watch wasn't working. After checking to make sure the battery was ok, he did a few more things and BOOM, it worked. He took everything apart and cleaned it. He took the winder thingy out and cleaned it. He replaced something, idk even what it was...I was amazed watching him it was like he was performing surgery. Anyway for all the time, the cleaning, the battery, and the part he replaced, I was expecting and happy to pay $20 ish at least. He charged me $9 for the battery. NUTS!! Highlly recommend. Highly. Entering this shop is like stepping back in time, a lovely, nice, former time when there were Craftsman and small shop owners and wonderful cheeey-eyed older men. I dropped it off in early January, expecting it to be about a week. When he said March 20th my jaw dropped. He didn't showed me all the clocks that were in line in front of me, and reminded me that he was a sole proprietor as well as the sole technician. But March 20th is now come and gone and our clock is spectacular. I am so, so happy with this clock company. I took my grandfather's 1912 wall clock to them. You cannot imagine what I had to go through to get this clock from my brother! When he passed away, my sister managed to rescue it. The clock was in pieces and stuffed into a grocery bag. I put together the wood pieces (this company only rebuilds the clock-works.) The owner is a Russian who learned the trade in "the old country". There are so few of these artisans left that I had to wait several months for them to get around to it, but it was worth it. Every week, my grandfather would stand on a dining room chair and rewind this clock. Now it is in my dining room and it is ticking away merrily. My grandfather thought that it was too loud, so he put a piece of felt near the striker. That was nearly 60 years ago. The piece of felt is still there. read more

Amazing. My Ferrari watch is a double battery. One repair place didn't have the right tool to get to the second battery that was dead.
