I had quite a bit of work done on my upper and lower gums years ago, tissue grafts. It was painful, traumatic and yes, costly but Dr Greising did an amazing job all around. From the first consultation to the cost estimate to performing the work and follow-up care, he really did shine. I wouldn't have gone to anyone else to have periodontal work done and I would recommend him to anyone. I remember there were a couple of gums above back teeth way out of reach, difficult to see. He handled it expertly. And I remember his 'bedside manner'-- I was nervous of course but he and his periodontal assistant made me feel so at ease. I am not related to Dr. Greising in any way, this is a totally neutral, unbiased opinion based on my experience with him many years ago. Furthermore, they do not take insurance and make you pay up front. Well my insurance accidentally sent the reimbursement check to them instead of me, and instead of forwarding it to me (like they said they would) I never heard from them and they cashed the check! Four months later I had to call them when I realized I still never received the check- had I never called they would have made twice the cost of the exam (I paid them, and insurance also paid them).

That's $600.00 an hour. So that's a big chunk of money to charge me for. So they fully know that they owe you money, but they refuse to do the honorable thing and give it back to you, which is probably why they have six offices.
