Worst company in the world? A worthy candidate! If you want a terrible, terrible experience, go right to this store. We tried to find out about shipping a simple box after wasting an hour on the world's worst website, fedex.com We called this store and spoke to a dopey kid for ... well, a long, long time ... while he actually said many, many things like this: "Duhhhh ... I don't get it. Are you trying to just ship the empty box?" Why does this happen? It happens because Fedex is the worst company on Earth, so no intelligent person will work for Fedex. How many news stories have we seen about Fedex drivers ... whom Fedex refused to classify as employees ... have just snapped and dumped hundreds, or even thousands, of packages in ditches, ravines, and other places in the woods? Too many times to count, that's how many. Fedex's website is utterly incompent and useless when you try to get info on shipping. Then Fedex refuses to connect you to a human being in its CHAT function, and every response from its incompetent A.I. robot is utterly irrelevant. That's the experience you have when you try to perform the simple act of finding out how much it costs to ship a damn package. Just imagine how bad it's going to be for you when you have a real and complex problem and you try to get Fedex to do something about it! read more

Rude staff/management. Constantly an issue whenever we're dropping off packages. Would much rather use a different location if it was close enough, will be sticking to drop off boxes whenever possible. read more

I get they are busy, and I can't exactly say they weren't polite at least in tone of voice. But the way I was treated on the phone made it feel like they didn't want to speak to me at all, and when they asked me to explain why I was calling, they would not even let me finish before putting me on hold. I also had to call twice, because the first time I was told someone would review my order and give me a call back, and they never did. I think this staff is probably working very hard and busy with the physical orders, but they are not terribly concerned with customer service. No one expressed any true concern or desire to help me when something went wrong with the order, no one offered or took the initiative to help me work it out, and I was treated as if it was "no skin off their back" if I did not want to pay for an order (because I'd never received a quote even though I received an automated email saying I would be contacted about final pricing BEFORE the job was done), because they would just recycle it anyway. I wanted to believe they were sincere, but I really felt like their responses, though not overtly rude, were sarcastic and dismissive, and no one over there wants to take responsibility for anything. I don't feel like I was treated like a customer. Just an inconvenience. I would have gladly completed and paid for an order, which I actually needed, if someone had just worked with me to figure out what needed to be fixed. I actually feel pretty crappy after being treated that way, especially because I was doing my best to be patient and polite - obviously the mistake was not any individual's fault. Also corporate customer service pretty much treated me the same way. I never actually got to talk to anyone because they would put me on hold so long, I would suddenly get an automated survey. I have never had this kind of trouble from a FedEx place before; I believe in treating people in service with respect and patience, but I might have saved myself the trouble, because no one cared. read more

I'm at a lot of FedEx offices up and down the East Coast and if I had to rank them this would be my favorite. Print orders are always ready on time and the staff is efficient, fast and friendly. read more

This is so far the worst service I've ever encountered in the United States. Three employees that can not even complete a basic FedEx international shipping. Plus, they have very disgusting attitude, like whether helping the customers out or not is none of their business. They must think that leaving a bad service to a customer will not cost their job so they don't care. read more

If you are expecting a safe store environment with compliant social distancing, this store does nothing but put up signs. There are signs on the door and markings on the floor telling everyone to maintain social distance. But when it comes time to pay, they expect you to use the machine six inches away from other customer all at a single register. Meanwhile, there is a whole separate counter available. Make a simple observation about the lack of social distancing and you are the bad guy. No appreciation and no concern for you at this store. Beware. Don't go if you want to be safe in this store. read more

My personal experience here is horrible I waited for someone's help for 20 min, I was sending a small package to the Caribbean, I was skipped by the manager for another costumer, I don't know why (I am hoping it wasn't because of my race) because of this I left the store and used a UPS store. I will never go to that fedex ever again And I will make I my job to stop my friends from going there as well. read more

I was so impressed I had to drop everything and leave this 5 Star review. I needed to get some very old legal documents printed and went to the local office supplies store only to find out they were closing for the day due to a employee testing positive for Covid-19. So I decided to check out FedEx Office and Printing. I'm so glad I did. Not only were they less expensive, the employee that waited on me Paul was awesome. Very friendly and careful to make sure the old documents print quality was above my expectations. This is now my "go to" spot for all things shipping and printing . read more

I've only been to the FedEx here to drop off prepackaged packages however the times that I've gone I've always been greeted with such a big smile by the staff. Such friendly service and quick! I get a receipt for submission and then head out. The experience makes all the difference! read more

Long lines, slow service. They also charge A LOT to pack for you, and the passport photos are also quite pricey

I used this store recently to print some large posters. They were fast and fairly communicative, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. When there was an issue with one item that I printed, the store representative that I spoke to went above and beyond to make it right. When his store couldn't fix the problem in my tight deadline, he found another FedEx store that could and sent my order over to them. Hooray for excellent customer service. read more
