They have done two major redesigns for instinctdogtraining.com and both were beautiful. But wow, this last design (launched May 14 2021) was a total grand slam. Not just the beautiful design, but the execution was professional, on time, on budget with an aggressive deadline. Highly recommend this fabulous group of people.

I first found Jessi about six years ago when I helped my Mom set up her business in Morris, Minnesota. Jessi still lived in Morris and after a little checking around, I found that she was the best web designer in the area. There was so much to do to set up my Mom's new business, from revamping a building, suppliers, finding someone to print business cards, etc. A truly exhaustive list, it was a family effort. But Jessi made the website design process amazingly easy. We primarily worked via email, with Jessi writing clear and concise, detailed email responses to things I needed to provide her. The feedback process was super easy, with Jessi always willing to make suggestions and take feedback from my designer Mom. Through the years, Jessi has continued to design the website for my family's business and is just a champion communicator and kind person to work with. I now live in California and any time my Mom has a mild technical issue, Jessi is always her go-to. She's just the best. Jessi recently suggested we change the way my Mom sends out her monthly business newsletters. I write the newsletters but the process had gotten complicated for how they are sent out (A tech genius, my Mom is NOT). My last communication with her came after I sent her an email about having used a email service for the newsletter but I had a photo hosting question. She emailed me back in a timely fashion, just as I have grown to expect with her, and gave me a really easy option of hosting the photos on an ftp server on my Mom's business website. (And don't worry, if that last bit doesn't make sense to you, Jessi probably has super simple ideas of: Send it to me, I'll take care of it. Her solution was easy and perfect. Six years going on seven for our working relationship, and she's just a pro. She's moved, I've moved... it doesn't matter at all. She is the epitome of easy to work with. You will not regret working with Jessi! As for pricing, I remember it being reasonable at the time though I don't know what her rates are these days. I know she had package deals that could be scaled up or down, depending on needs.

Review of the PPC services from DWS. (I have not used any of their other services)…read more One of my business clients is in the Twin Cities area and had a bad experience with PPC. The person they used to use was spending $300/month in AdWords, and brought in on average $180 worth of business. I manage this account from out of state so I needed to find someone local that I could trust who would be able to bring them in a positive ROI who is familiar with the local market. I actually found Sam in a business focused Facebook group that came recommended from someone else who had used him before. I'd already interviewed 4 other PPC guys/gals up to this point, so had a skillset baseline I was looking for. We spent some time with Q&A and a Skype call where he laid out a plan of action. He was able to explain why the previous campaigns weren't working and 2 basic tweaks that needed to be made. Also proof of previous results, not just some theory. We went in on a trial basis of $200/month. We've only had the campaign running for just over one month, and the revenue is about $320. While it's not a big up front ROI, each customer has a strong LTV, so we're looking at the long-term picture. So far so good. I'll update this review should things change. Tip: make sure you know how PPC works and if your industry is even a good candidate for PPC. If you arm yourself with some solid questions ahead of time, you'll be better prepared to sort out the theorists from the ones that know what they're doing.

Spark Logix is more than capable of handling our website requests…read more I've been the main contact between my company and Spark for more than two years now, and we work together about once a month. They designed our site a few years back, and now we contact them whenever we have routine issues or need a new page created. We are a small business with very little web design expertise, so our requests are frequent and usually different. There have been times when we've had unsolvable problems, but they were genuinely tricky issues and Spark tried their best to fix them. And, when they know something isn't in their wheelhouse, they let us know. It rarely happens, but Spark is honest about it when it comes up. Overall, I'm happy with Spark and would recommend them.

They could not get it to work and did not consult with me as to what I needed out of the affiliate program prior to it being installed. They kept saying that it works and it does not. There is not even a place for an affiliate to be assigned a password which means that the affiliate can not sign in. Instead of them fixing this they kept ignoring me. Then I was told that for them to work on it any further that I would have to pay more. They then said that they did what they were supposed to. They said that they installed the affiliate program and configured it. Now to me configuring it means that it is a working program. This was supposed to be launched in Jan. It is now the end of May and they continue to ignore it. There is severe lack of communication with this company. At one point I even had to ask if I was still a client. I did not receive a response for a few days. They then removed me from Basecamp where all of the logs are. I am assuming so that I do not have evidence. They now have my website advertised on their front page making it look like they can handle complex situations and they clearly can not! I went to file a complaint with the BBB and it appears that they are doing the same thing to someone else as well right now. It shows that they could not locate the company. I asked the BBB what this meant and they said that they returned the letter return to sender
