This is a business that thinks they are doing us a favor rather than someone who needs their customer's business. We asked if we can go to the next door parking lot and reorder and she said yes. We reordered 2 mins later and their system now says they are no longer accepting curbside pickup at 6:30 pm in the evening. After calling again, she said she's no longer accepting our order because we ordered from the parking lot when she just told us we can move to the next door lot. Petty, unprofessional, and lacking basic customer service skill. High on a power trip. Sadly, one extremely poor experience ruins all prior good experiences. I was confused because I had never used their delivery service since moving to Las Vegas. I explained that it might be an old profile from a previous visit when I was on vacation and that I simply wanted clarification so the issue could be fixed properly. I work in IT, so I understand how duplicate or outdated profiles can happen. Following the instructions given, I canceled the order and placed a new one with the updated information. However, when the driver arrived, she called again and claimed I had not provided the correct delivery details, even though I absolutely did. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the driver spoke to me in a very accusatory tone and treated me as if I had done something wrong. When I calmly explained that the information was entered correctly and that the issue likely related to an old account profile, she became visibly irritated. She then threw the product toward me, left immediately, and did not provide my change. My order total was $107, and I gave $120. I have cameras outside my apartment that recorded the interaction. I contacted the store to report the situation, but was told the driver was not there and they could not address it immediately. I'm not someone who normally leaves negative reviews. I was genuinely trying to resolve a technical issue so it would not happen again. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Customers deserve basic courtesy and accountability. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses it appropriately.
